The bags were returned by FedEx and have a glossy luster and shine now. The black bag looks like new and the white is better but not perfect.

Additionally, he opted to polish the shoe (didn't ask for that) and did such a sloppy job that there is polish all over the wood. All I wanted was new soles for my shoes and he managed to ruin them.
