Please be aware that the store sells second hands clothes, so check the clothes before buying, I know it from my bad experience. I bought the dress within 10 mins; I find the one I like and the salesperson helped me to zip it up I liked the way it fits me and I paid and left. I did not even think about checking if it was clean. I was sure that this store sells only new clothes. The party I have to go to is two months away so I put it in the closet and was happy that I found the dress so fast. Then couple days ago I wanted to take the dress to the tailor to alter the length of the dress and notice that the dress is dirty with oil spots. I went to the sore and asked them to clean the dress themselves, because I was not sure that the cleaners can clean it and to be honest, I did not want to pay extra money for the dress, I never could imagine that the store can sell dirty clothes. The salespersons were so rude and right away they told me that I am a liar and I did ware the dress and now I wanted to return it. I explained to them that this dress is only for a special occasion and that occasion is only in July and I did not want to return it, I just wanted them to clean it. I was told that they need to talk to the manager and they did but so I cannot hear the conversation. After the conversation with the manager the salesperson told me that I wore the dress and they cannot accept it, even though I did not want the refund. I came here this past weekends to search for a formal gown. They had a few here and there some formal, some clubbing attire, and some vacation getaway outfits - you know those long breezy dresses you can just throw on and forget about it the whole day. There were two people working that morning and they were to me a bit aggressive - The store isn't that big and I went back and forth a few times with their selection but the third time you ask me if I need help makes me want to leave. I'm not three, I know what I like or dislike much less if I need your help! 1. All your items looked nice but definitely overpriced. There's no reason why just about every dress is labeled $350 regardless of the fabric or style yet I barely even heard of those designers. 2. If you tell me while I'm still looking not to worry you'll give me a good price you're obviously overpricing your merchandise. 3. When I actually do let you help me, why are you picking out these tasteless items or things grandma would wear to a nice event??? That store was definitely an experience. Besides a good piece of the store looking like they had all the outfits from J. Lo's closet of sequin mini dresses it had maybe one or two good pieces. However if you're more than a size 6 don't waste your time - everything they have on the floor is all they have available so if you find something and it's not your size then you're out of luck! read more

Stay away from this store!!!!!! I was visiting NYC and stopped by Soho Boutique. I've never been to this sore before, but friend said that she used to buy some good clothes there many years ago. Young salesperson followed me everywhere and was pushing her recommendations on me, but seemed nice and friendly. I asked her about return policy and she assured me that I had nothing to worry about because I could return it within 7 days with receipt and tags on. I told her I liked one dress, but needed to show it to my husband and return it if he would not approve it. She confirmed again by saying "my love, I am going to give you a receipt and you can return it or exchange". Long story short I came next morning right when store opened to find a different salesperson who told me that they had no return policy at all and all sales are final. I was in a hurry going to a family event and couldn't argue with her, but she promised that manger/owner would call me back. He did, but only to call me a liar because he "watched the video" and there was nothing about return there. Ha-Ha, is this something new? Cameras are now produce sound on those videos???? So, he called a women, his customer he's never seen in his life "a liar" over the phone without talking to the sales person who worked day before and without offering any resolution to a visitor of his town and his store. Don't ever go there! they are thieves ! I was looking around the store with my friend, and two sales people were walking around us, while looking thru the racks I lost my engagement ring, I told the manager , the salesgirl spoke some Russian and looked Asian, another was Israeli . The salesgirl tried to avoid looking at me , and the manager was rushing to get a payment from me, and said to leave my phone number she will call me if they found (it was like they knew about whereabouts of my ring). Obviously it was one of them found my ring and quietly took it, my friend went back forcing them to look for it, she swept their dirty floors, and nothing. This ring was very sentimental to me, it was a family ring. I and everybody I know will never go there again , this is sad that people are so dishonest . I should of call police and check their cameras but did not think of it at that moment, I hope whoever took it karma catches up with them read more

Best store in Brooklyn. All the clothes that I bought in Soho were great quality and price. Sales people are very friendly and helpful.

While visiting New York and out clothes shopping I found this boutique. They have very unique clothes and the sales people are so sweet and helpful. Frieda was amazing. She went out of her way to find me the right dress. I ended up purchasing more than just a dress. Love my new clothes. read more

My wife likes their fashions. They have lots of Not Made in China labels, which is good. Not cheap though.

Terrible. The owner is nice, though it seems that they try to push things on you just to spend $$$ even if it is not at all what you went in looking for. I wanted a dress for a kids party and they kept pushing this tacky jumpsuit on me with chain print all over it. How many times could I politely say that it was not what I was in there for? Finally, because I was pressed for time I stopped trying on everything they asked me to, and was trying to stick to what I actually might like. The young woman who works there is incredibly rude. She tried speaking to me in Russian and when I told her I didn't understand, she replied "Good thing I speak English". Ummm, okay... thought this was America, but whatever. I shall consider myself "lucky" that this woman speaks English. She keeps throwing these tacky items into my dressing room, though at the time I was still appreciative because she was trying to help. I found a skirt that I loved (not one she recommended) and they were trying to make me buy a shirt to go with it that did not look nice. I assume it is because the shirt was $150. Fast forward, I leave the dressing room to find a shirt I may like. She is aggressively following me, trying to make suggestions and I politely tell her "I think that may be too warm", or "I would like something short sleeved"... finally she says "You keep shooting down all of my suggestions". So I reply, "It does have to be my style". She replies "Well I see you keep sending texts to your husband- is it your style or his that you're worried about?". WHAT??
