Scheduling was flexible and had availability within a reasonable time period. Arrival was prompt. Communication was thorough. I appreciated being consulted regarding details with placement in consideration of TV size and viewing positions relative to other considerations in the room and around the TV. Cables/cords were neatly affixed to the TV in a way to allow it to still use the full range of motion offered by the equipment and yet still keep them tidy, organized and out of the way. Shortly after the work was completed, I noticed that the shower was leaking at the connection point to the pipe. I promptly informed him of the issue, expecting it to be addressed as part of the original installation. On January 22nd, he responded that he could come out to take a look, but mentioned a $75 service fee for the visit. Given that the problem appears to be directly related to the initial installation, I found this unexpected. I replied, asking him to let me know when he would be in the area so he could stop by and assess the issue. It has now been nearly two months, and I have not received any follow-up or resolution. Meanwhile, the shower faucet continues to leak. I would have appreciated more accountability and communication to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
