And, the staff that worked there were friendly. They worked with me and listened to my ideas for a tabletop piece I was making for an outdoor base that I had purchased recently. I looked at a large variety of surfaces in the inventory they had available. In the end we were able to find just the right piece in the pile of remnants that they keep on hand. It fit with my base perfectly. They talked me through how they would create the piece, and I was also able to select the type of beveled edge that I desired. After all the decisions were made, they said the piece would be ready within a few business days. True to their word, it was delivered to me within that time frame. The person who delivered the piece was knowledgeable and helpful when unloading and instructed me on how to move the tabletop safely. He also gave me some advice on how best to attach the piece to the base. Once attached, the final product looks great, the way they cut it to maximize the grain in the marble. Based on this experience, I would definitely trust them to use their services in the future for any kind of kitchen and/or bath remodel that I would do.

Many contractors don't, which is surprising. The following day the estimate was received. It's best to obtain several estimates. This company had provided quality work but they are extremely expensive. Yes, I've heard the saying "You get what you pay for." However, when estimates are priced based on line by line items instead of per project; it can become unclear if someone is trying to take advantage of a project or is providing a high bid because they are too busy to accept a new project. Make sure when hiring a contractor you purchase the materials for the identical cost that the contractor would have purchased them, too.

The samples of the flooring in the store are much thicker then reality. You pay Lowe's, they sub out the labor to the lowest bidder. The lowest bidder acts like the lowest bidder and has terrible install. After they have your money, the store has little control of the work and you don't have a contact besides the store. So expect many phone calls to Lowe's and and broken promises of call backs. Also, there are no English speakers on the install crew. So good luck communicating problems and issues. Save yourself the headache, hire the lowest bidder your self.

On top of that, about ten of the fixtures were missing a small bolt/nut that holds the shade in place. This makes changing a bulb extremely difficult. Only one fixture included the correct part, which is how I even realized the rest were missing. I searched every hardware store in town for this tiny 15-cent nut--no one carries it. When I contacted Wilson, they told me to reach out to Maxim, the manufacturer. Maxim then told me to contact Wilson because they were responsible for making it right. In the end, I was told I'd have to pay $10 per light fixture for each tiny nut--something that should cost pennies and should have been included in the first place. This is unacceptable customer service. After paying hundreds of dollars for fixtures, the least they could do is provide the missing parts. You would think a lighting store would carry basic hardware for the products they sell. Instead, for what they want to charge me for a few tiny nuts, I could buy several brand-new lights. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend this place at all

This company has both refinished and installed hardwood floors for us. It had been 15+ years since…read morewe had our floors refinished and they really needed to be refreshed. They were here for 4 days and worked diligently sanding, sanding and sanding. Our floors had some deep scratches and they virtually eliminated all the scratches and nicks with their sanding. They were very helpful in listening to the stain color I wanted and mixed several different combinations. They put down several stains and once I saw the sample colors on our floor I realized that I wanted something different. They listened to me and the next day they put down a stain that was the perfect color. After the floors were stained they applied a few coats of satin finish and they look phenomenal!! I would never have thought the floors could look this good. All of the team members were masked without me having to ask them to mask up. All the team members were friendly, helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. They had taped plastic over the areas in the rooms they were sanding but the system they use is almost dustless. The pictures of the finished floors don't have the baseboards or quarter round installed yet which is our responsibility. I just wanted to show how beautiful they turned out. I highly recommend Isadora and his team, we have fallen back in love with our floors again.

After two months of trying to get them to come out and a no-show after they set an appointment, they finally came out to patch it. The patch Job they did was terrible and looks completely out of place. There is glue on the sides and it is not smooth to the rest of the floor. They told us this was the best they could do unless we wanted to re-sand and re-stain the entire floor. Very unprofessional, we will never use them again.

Without going into detail, he became angry when I had questions, and hung up on me. (I was not angry-ironically was preparing to tell him a friend had recommended him and schedule.) I called back and left a message that I found his behavior unprofessional and I was leaving a bad review. (I wasn't out to blindside him online-not trying to tank his business- but I wanted him to know this was REALLY not okay. I guess I hoped it wouldn't happen to someone else.) The house was built in 1954-55. Prior to our purchase of the house, it had received a new roof, new triple pane double hung windows, some electrical work and a bathroom remodel, due to old plumbing issues. That remodel left the 1954-55 era bathtub in place, with a couple of gnarly, rusting gashes in it's original finish. When I saw the sad looking tub in the newly refreshed bathroom, I was unhappy. We started researching refinishing companies, deciding on All America Fine Finishes. When Ken and his assistant worked their magic on our tub, it was PERFECT! The tub looked brand new! It GLEAMED! It has been over 4 years since the work was done and the tub still gleams. I thought that very thing when I was giving the tub its cleaning the other day, thinking then, I should write this review. AND, another thought to add...Ken is a caulking magician!! I would love to learn how to lay down a line of caulking as seamless and smooth as this man can do!! AWESOME!
