Left my driveway gate open when I have free range animals that could run out to traffic. When it was pointed out they gave an excuse saying it already had a gap so there's no point. What a grump! Not only did I receive service with a scowl, but I was charged for 15.5 gallons of propane and my tank only holds 12.5.

The older lady who is the owner is very rude I walked in was speaking to the front office clerk never heard a word from the owners mouth. She began to say fine. We'll figure it out. We'll deal with it and then slams the door to the front office. I'm standing there shocked and trying to figure out what just happened and why is she being so rude in front of a customer I was hesitant and ready to leave at that moment to take my business elsewhere because I've been coming to this place for a few years now never had to deal with this lady her being the owner and being rude to customers is one way to stop customers from coming back. After I left, called to tell me, I'm no longer welcome and they will no longer service me which is fine other companies will be happy to take my busines. read more

We've used Zollicker to fill out park model camper in Clinton for a long time. WAS very happy. But then bought a motorhome that has a stationary propane tank. Zollicker drives through our RV Park anyway so rather than breaking down to drive to get our tank filled, I stopped the driver and asked him to fill it and he did one time. I asked him to top us off each time he comes in and I'd be glad to pay extra for a trip charge. But the office said they couldn't do that. They now refuse to fill our stationary tank. So we have to break down everything to get propane. Would be different if they weren't already here in the park and we refused to pay a trip charge. Sad that businesses no longer care about people. Please explain why this policy???? read more

I was wanting a 20 pound tank filled. They charge a flat rate ( I think $20), instead of by the pound. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I come from Warrensburg to go to Clinton to buy my kerosene from this place because it's cheaper is a clean area and I feel safe there. The staff was very friendly and helpful I will be taking all my business here. read more

We have been Customers of this Business for 5+ years. But today, that ended. My Aunt called to fill up our Propane tank, and after she got the order in, She remembered that last year they were going to come and paint our Tank. Their machine broke, and they said they would get to us Next year. The Man that she was talking to said that he would "Check into it." She said "Could you please call me back when you have information." They got off the phone, or I guess I should say that he thought he did. Because then she hears him talking to another Employee (In a rude tone I may add) asking about her tank being painted. The other Employee said "I don't give a dam about her tank, My Hand hurts." So she called around, and found the same price for Propane. She called them back and told to cancel her order and next time they need to hang the phone up. If you want to be treated like crap, by all mean use them! They lost big money today, and we'll be taking our friends and family with us. read more
