I came in, was addressed quickly, was asked what I needed, so polite! They let me know there was one person ahead of me. I waited less than an hour. Service was great! Service requested was delivered with a smile, some good laughs and I was on my way. Thank you for your kindness!

I went to visit my sister. And I heard the black liner under the tire rubbing terribly. I had no service or tools. So I continued my journey. 2 month or less I hit a big raccoon that caused 1,700$ worth of damage. Car was still drivable. Truthfully I didn't realize there was damage. I chose another body shop. Weavers. Cliff calls me and said I was told to call you. Well the only person I can imagine that would have told him. Was state farm. I told him politely I took my car to weavers. He hung up on me. I got tickled really. Fast forward to today. I called and asked where he bought this smaller battery than I ever had in my car. Well it's leaking. Corrosion is terrible. My car engine light came on and I was at my mechanic when I saw this corrosion. So I left cliff a message to call me to find out where this battery came from. It's clearly defective. This asshole had the balls to tell me my mechanic should be able to tell. I asked if he would recommend a mechanic. He had the nerve to say I was hard to work with. I hung up on him at this point. He's impossible to work with. I'm not the one who put the front bumper on and the black liner to protect the tire. HIS SHOP DID THIS. AND HE REFUSED TO TELL ME WHERE THE BATTERY CAME FROM. SERIOUSLY. IF YOU EXSPECT YOUR CAR TO BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS PRIOR TO YOUR ACCIDENT. DONT USE THIS ASSHOLE. He needs to put his butt hurt feeling aside. And guarantee his work. And to not disclose where he got the battery from is simply childish. I'm sorry his work is shotty at best. And I decided to use another body shop. So now I'm letting state farm deal with me and him. I hope he is no longer a preferred shop according to state farm when I'm done with him.

Roger was the only one to return my call. He asked me some questions and correctly diagnosed my problem over the phone. It was the alternator. He allowed me to leave my car at his shop, and when I came back for it on Monday afternoon, it was ready to go home. The price was so affordable too! This guy guarantees his work for 6 months or 6000 miles. I have never in my life had a mechanic guarantee his work. Roger doesn't take credit cards or out of state checks, but that was not a problem for me. If I lived a bit closer to Clinton, Missouri I would want Roger to work on all my cars and trucks. He was great to work with and cared enough to text me later to make sure I'd made it home okay.

On reccomendation of a friend, we had it towed to Cameron Automotive. Roger, the owner, was pleasant and helpful, and even though we had to leave the car there and head home, he stayed in contact with us about the repairs. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he got the job done within a day or so. He even called us after we got it home to see if everything was okay! We would absolutely use him again. Highly professional and reccomended! One small thing: He doesn't take credit cards or out-of-town checks, which was surprising, but not a big deal.

My Truck was dead, I couldn't do anything with it. Called Max Motors Service in Clinton. I told…read morethem what was going on with it and everything it was and wasn't doing. Service manager said they never heard of this problem before and said I should get it towed in and they would work on it. I explained it was in my barn and with it not coming out of Park that could make for another whole problem. He agreed, so I asked if they had anyone that could come and look at it, after a very short pause he said he'd have someone out in mid-afternoon. At 2pm a mechanic called and said he was on the way. !0 minutes later he showed up. 5 minutes later my truck was running. I was never so relieved in my life in a very long time. While He (Mechanic) was showing me what he found that was causing the trouble the Service Manager call. The Mechanic told him what he found and did. The Mechanic then put Us on speaker and Service Manager informed there was No Charge, I figured there would be a good service charge. I'm happy to share my experience with Pro Choice Marine regarding engine replacement. I would like…read moreto start out saying, what a beautiful looking showroom extremely clean inside all the boats were even dust free. Well kept up showroom, even the grounds were kept up and looking good. Now, it's time to share my concerns about the engine's installation. 1. I'm not sure if it was me or someone else, but we had to tilt the engine up to put the transom saver on. That's when the five-amp clean power fuse blew(what fuse ?). Salesman called one of the installers over to look at the fuse, he commented that happens sometimes with the newer engine. He put in a new fuse then handed me 4 extra fuses. 2. Returned home, decide to check the torque value of the mounting hardware for the jack plate to engine. I found the mounting hardware torque to approximately 40 ft lbs, where it should be 90 ft/ lbs. In addition, the wrong mounting hardware was used. Mercury requires 1/2" X 20 bolts to be used when mounting the engine to the jack plate or to the transom which requires 55 ft/lbs ( Mercury outboard to lift plate mounting bolt kit 10-67755A22/26). If mounted to the jack plate it requires 90 ft/lbs. If they install the wrong hardware on my boat, how many other boats out there have the wrong hardware with the improper torque value? 3. Decided to purchase a new hydraulic steering Seastar Front Mount cylinder for the new engine. After the new Seastar Front Mount was installed I noticed that they failed to install grounding strap. How about that. Called the dealer and they said it was not included with the box and they would not send me one. They said to call Seastar and they'll send me one for free. I called SeaStar in Canada. They said they will sent me one for free, but they would need my Social Security number or tax exam number due to the tariffs. In addition, he said all the grounding straps are included in all front mount cylinders, so somebody's lying. 4. My last concern is, I went to remove the prop and it was excessively tightened where I needed a breaker bar to break the nut loose. In addition they had the washers backwards for the installation, go figure. Some positive comments, hooking up the trailer to head back to the dealer I noticed that my brake actuator roll pin was missing the washer and snap ring. They were nice enough to install a washer and snap ring at no charge. In addition, I asked if they could program the Smartcraft Mercmonitor so I can see my trim position, they were nice enough to do that for me.
