The lady that answers the phone is the rudest person I've dealt with. We had a simple request of securing something from a wrecked vehicle that was towed by them only to be met with hostility and attitude. She has no empathy for people that have had a traumatic experience and further causes stress for those impacted by her vile attitude and demeanor. read more

Car blew a tire outside of Clinton, Missouri. Called Gary's towing and Wayne was there in 20 minutes. He took us to Walmart in Clinton. He took the tire off and he waited with us and put the tire back on and had us on the road again in about an hour. Great service and very friendly. Had a flat tire just before 3am on Highway 7 recently. Their business advertises in the Yellow Pages that the deal with flats and are available 24/7. So I called and got no answer the first time. The second time a lady answers seemingly half asleep and tells me they don't do tire changes. Left a comment about it on their Facebook page and owner responds that I called at 2:55 am and that "those of us that answer the phone also need rest so of course she was asleep". Okay, that's fine but how would I know that you don't have a night shift? Don't advertise that you're available 24/7 if you're not. Called another company called Precision Automotive & Towing and they came right out. read more

Coming from Springfield pulling camper. Blew tire on camper and didn't have the right lug wrench. Called Gary's tow and they refused to help with anything. Said they don't do campers all I needed was a lug wrench was willing to pay. Luckily a kind motorist stopped and helped me out. read more
