Believe all the negative reviews on FB, Google, and other media. -- I needed a new fuel pump and this was the closest place to have it towed. They replaced the part along with other parts that "were broken" without calling ahead of time to ok with me first. When I picked up the truck it ran fine but smelled like raw gas, which I thought just needed to be aired out since it was a fuel type repair. The next day the fumes were so bad I couldn't even let the kids ride in the truck. I inspected the lines underneath and then checked under the hood. BINGO! There was gas spewing out of the schrader valve and it was all over my coils. Thank God that no gas got into the spark wells or the engine would have caught fire. I went to tell them about it and was accused of "having an attitude" because by golly they just can't be wrong. Instead of an apology or owning up to THEIR MISTAKE I was cussed at, yelled at, and basically told I was stupid. I was then asked to leave. I said not without the cap, they damaged the valve too but I didn't get that far with them. Apparently they are going to mail it to me (yeah right). It's not that hard to replace the cap after you take it off! A $4 part could have been the end of my vehicle or injured my family!

I had to have two oil changes in a month and told them my oil kept reading "low oil." Two weeks later, my starter on my car went out because oil was spraying and leaking all over my starter and engine and had been for a while. The mechanic said I'd had the oil leak for several months and there was oil everywhere. $800 later, I have a new starter and battery but still have to pay for the original issue...the oil leak...that QuickLube didn't find. I won't be back, and I'm not ever one to leave bad reviews, but I'm very disappointed.

Service manager said they never heard of this problem before and said I should get it towed in and they would work on it. I explained it was in my barn and with it not coming out of Park that could make for another whole problem. He agreed, so I asked if they had anyone that could come and look at it, after a very short pause he said he'd have someone out in mid-afternoon. At 2pm a mechanic called and said he was on the way. !0 minutes later he showed up. 5 minutes later my truck was running. I was never so relieved in my life in a very long time. While He (Mechanic) was showing me what he found that was causing the trouble the Service Manager call. The Mechanic told him what he found and did. The Mechanic then put Us on speaker and Service Manager informed there was No Charge, I figured there would be a good service charge.
