I have purchased two cars from Maples Ford over the past two years and couldn't be happier. The…read moresales team is honest, fast and efficient. They are amazing at walking you quickly through the car buying process. When I purchased my two vehicles, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour, all my previous car buying experience would take all day. I have my cars serviced at Maples and the service center team is outstanding. With car buying being a chore at times, and with the majority of dealerships currently selling their stock for thousands of dollars over MSRP, it is nice to work with a dealership that I can trust. I trust Maples so much, I ordered a 2022 Bronco and are currently waiting for a production date. Maples Ford has had wonderful and transparent communication with me over the production of my Bronco. I truly recommend Maples Ford for your car buying needs.

Ford would cover replacement of cam phasers if I met their mileage/time requirement (I didn't but my extended warranty covers it). So I took it to my nearest Ford dealer, Maples. They performed the most up-to-date PCM reprogram (and charged me for it), but it DID NOT fix the issue. I met the owner in person, Tom Maples, and had a discussion with him about it in front of his service rep and other employees about the issue. He assured me that the cam phaser problem is only a nuisance and has no long term mechanical ramifications i.e. not a big deal. (yet Ford has had issues with it for years and issued a FSB to conduct the repair at Fords cost if a customer has the issue). He also promised me, right to my face, that he would look into a overheating issue with the truck and get back to me on it, but in order for them to do anything about it I would have to "drive it and break it hard, get it to throw a code" (even though they won't drive it to verify nor will they accept my video of it occurring as evidence). Well, I'm not going to drive my truck to the point of hard-breaking it just so they'll look at it. It's also been MONTHS since the owner promised to look into the issue personally and get back to me on it. I'm still waiting, but not holding my breath. In the mean time, I took my truck to another nearby Ford dealer. They immediately recognized the cam phaser issue and got on it; not a big deal to them. My recommendation is to AVOID Maples Ford.
