We were stranded with our pickup pulling our fifth wheel camper. AAA sent them to tell us, and…read moresince they were a diesel mechanic and had good reviews on other sites we went ahead and had them tow our truck to their garage to fix. Everyone from the tow truck driver to the owner were absolutely wonderful. Very Superior customer service. They repaired our truck and had us on the road in less than 24 hours. They also had a plug-in for our RV so we would not lose the food we had in the refrigerator. And the repairs were a lot less expensive than I expected. I actually expected twice what I paid since everything diesel is costly. I would only recommend them to anyone. Just as a footnote, I worked customer service for almost 50 years. I do not give a five-star rating lightly.

They hold your car hostage so u are forced to pay their prices. They change a voluntary tow from the consumer by involving other sources to again add more fees and take the decision of where to tow in their hands and disregard the client who called them for a tow and service. This is a price gouging company that care about their pocket and not the community it serves. 1300 tow bill in a small farm town plus 200 they got in storage bc they wouldn't call or go over charges. You would think there are laws against price gauging.

Roger was the only one to return my call. He asked me some questions and correctly diagnosed my problem over the phone. It was the alternator. He allowed me to leave my car at his shop, and when I came back for it on Monday afternoon, it was ready to go home. The price was so affordable too! This guy guarantees his work for 6 months or 6000 miles. I have never in my life had a mechanic guarantee his work. Roger doesn't take credit cards or out of state checks, but that was not a problem for me. If I lived a bit closer to Clinton, Missouri I would want Roger to work on all my cars and trucks. He was great to work with and cared enough to text me later to make sure I'd made it home okay.

On reccomendation of a friend, we had it towed to Cameron Automotive. Roger, the owner, was pleasant and helpful, and even though we had to leave the car there and head home, he stayed in contact with us about the repairs. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he got the job done within a day or so. He even called us after we got it home to see if everything was okay! We would absolutely use him again. Highly professional and reccomended! One small thing: He doesn't take credit cards or out-of-town checks, which was surprising, but not a big deal.

I went to visit my sister. And I heard the black liner under the tire rubbing terribly. I had no service or tools. So I continued my journey. 2 month or less I hit a big raccoon that caused 1,700$ worth of damage. Car was still drivable. Truthfully I didn't realize there was damage. I chose another body shop. Weavers. Cliff calls me and said I was told to call you. Well the only person I can imagine that would have told him. Was state farm. I told him politely I took my car to weavers. He hung up on me. I got tickled really. Fast forward to today. I called and asked where he bought this smaller battery than I ever had in my car. Well it's leaking. Corrosion is terrible. My car engine light came on and I was at my mechanic when I saw this corrosion. So I left cliff a message to call me to find out where this battery came from. It's clearly defective. This asshole had the balls to tell me my mechanic should be able to tell. I asked if he would recommend a mechanic. He had the nerve to say I was hard to work with. I hung up on him at this point. He's impossible to work with. I'm not the one who put the front bumper on and the black liner to protect the tire. HIS SHOP DID THIS. AND HE REFUSED TO TELL ME WHERE THE BATTERY CAME FROM. SERIOUSLY. IF YOU EXSPECT YOUR CAR TO BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS PRIOR TO YOUR ACCIDENT. DONT USE THIS ASSHOLE. He needs to put his butt hurt feeling aside. And guarantee his work. And to not disclose where he got the battery from is simply childish. I'm sorry his work is shotty at best. And I decided to use another body shop. So now I'm letting state farm deal with me and him. I hope he is no longer a preferred shop according to state farm when I'm done with him.
