Update below We took…read moreour class a Winnebago and to get a refrigerator repair, awning repair. And a new awning for the over our door. The refrigerator repair was covered by our insurance company due to the converter being bad. After we got The motorhome back, we noticed that the Top of the refrigerator, touching the trim and it was catching the freezer door as we open and closed it. We called them and took it back down there and when we got it back the freezer door, then was substantially farther out than the bottom of the refrigerator. We called and they told us to bring it back in which we did. After we brought it back in and got it home again we noticed that the guy just put wedges underneath the refrigerator well first of all we got it back and we knew it was uneven so we took it back again and he put wedges underneath the refrigerator and then told us it was level and charge is $50. After we got home again, it was uneven in that the refrigerator was still well. The freezer door was still farther out than the refrigerator door. I took pictures of it just to verify. Now we were on our way to Texas. And we noticed that the freezer part is out even further about almost an inch farther than it was before. My Husband kid pushed back the top of the freezer and it pushes back but there's no way to keep it back or to level it. We are afraid that The refrigerator will soon either go forward too much and then make some damage or we won't be able to fix it. We are highly disgusted with the workmanship. This dealership provided us. After three times taking it back and now it's worse than it was before. We're leaving Texas on Tuesday to come back home and My Husband is going to try to do something to fix it to level it. Also, because it was on level, the refrigerator door won't stay closed upon traveling so we had to buy a child box for both the freezer and the refrigerator to stay closed. Be aware of this dealership/service. Update: Upon advisement of Wilder RV, see their response, we took our RV to another dealership for repairs. One of the issues was the refrigerator that was replaced. As stated above, the top stuck out and was not level. According to wilder, the only thing that could be done was put shims at the bottom to level it out. They said that two technicians looked at the situation and came up with the shim idea to "fix" the issue. After taking our motor home else where, here is what they found. They found that the top mounts for the fridge were there, but were not connected to the fridge they needed to pull the fridge out and attach the mounts and reinstall. This repair is going to cost us $416 to fix. And because they charged the repairs to our extended warranty, we are not able to resubmit that claim. As he stated in his response that these repairs were paid by our extended warranty company so we had little to no out-of-pocket expense, but they did charge us $50 for the refrigerator adjustment. The manager said he would waive the fee if I changed my review from one star to a higher star review. Obviously, I would consider it if the work was done correctly. So I stand by my review. So my frustration is because we had no out-of-pocket expense and it was charged to our extended warranty. They would get paid no matter what. So now again we are out $416 to fix which should've been installed correctly. The other issue that we wanted them to fix was the door handle on the outside of the couch that slid down when being used. They did put another lock on the coach, but it still didn't work after a few uses. The other dealership found there are no outside seals. That added a little thickness and help keep the lock from sliding. They put a silicone bead on the inside of the exterior half of the lock mechanism. They found that screws were bottomed out and not getting any more squeeze on the lock. They removed some material to bring the 2/2 closer together found that the outside handle would not unlatch the lock once in the correct position, they adjusted the lock mechanism to factory specs. That was also charged against our extended warranty. So this is going to cost us $207 out of pocket something that they said they had fixed before.

We had a good experience with the warranty work we needed done on our RV. The service advisor,…read moreTrey, listened to our concerns and was helpful.

I was supposed to get repair on my RV in June. I did not hear from Doug until I called him in…read moreAugust. Finally in September he got back with me only to be a no-show several times. He would not communicate with me unless by text. I venmoed him $380 plus $41 to replace a faucet. He would not get in touch with me and after 6 weeks his wife called left a message and wanted to know when they could come and put in the faucet. I told him that I had to pay daily for leaving the RV out and not being there with it. It did not matter to him. His workmanship and customer service is very extremely poor unless you have money to throw away and time to wast e. Then don't give your business to on-site RV repair LLC. Doug is the most unreliable person I have ever known and a big rip-off I I would give this no stars but that's not an option

I trusted this owner (Doug) with my motorhome. I have worked with him on previous occasions without…read moreincident. For this specific service, he was supposed to repair my rv's water heater. During this process, he not only did not fix the issue but also completed flooded my class A motorhome....not once but TWICE on two separate days. By this, I mean there was pouring water out of my basement compartments on both sides of my motorhome from back to front. There was even standing water in my motorhome's basement compartments. I attempted to reach him multiple times about this issue over a number of days. He wouldn't return my calls. Then, he blocked my number but accepted calls from my business phone. He finally came back to "fix it" and flooded it AGAIN! Now, I'm sure I have water damage and mold growing from my motorhome being completely flooded TWICE and the water sources in my motorhome do *NOT* work at all! This includes my sinks, toilet, shower, etc. So not only do I not have hot water...I don't have any water at all now! I live in my motorhome full-time, so this is a MAJOR issue! Yet, even though he refuses to speak to me about the flooding, he still charged me over $300 and blocked my number. In addition, he didn't show up three separate times to do the repair when he said he would be there. He no-called/no-showed all three times and wouldn't answer or return messages on any of those dates.
