I was in there last Friday to buy a Mo State Fair discount admission ticket. The cashiers didn't know anything about the discount.

I first would like to say I normally stop here at every trip that I make to and from Kansas City. But this particular visit at 6:20 on 19 January I am very disappointed with how I was treated. The person behind the counter, Nelson was very rude to me. I went to get a 1 L of diet Dr Pepper and took it to the counter to be rung up. The price in the back showed $2.19 but it rang up at 279When I said what I told Nelson that's a price in the back to 219, he told me nope it's 279. I went back and took a picture of the product and price together I took it back up and showed himAnd he was very rude about it. He told me that the price is 279, and I asked after showing him the picture since it's at 2:19 if I should get to pay $2.19. He then told me that he went on her at this time, but I was very rude about it. All I was asking is if you have a price marked a certain price that you should honor the price. I then looked at his name tag to see what his day was after I felt like I was being treated horribly, he didn't look me straight in the face and says what's your name so I told him. Then I asked him why he asked for my name, and he looked at me and said well because you looked at my name tag so I'm asking your name. Unless I find out that Nelson will no longer be working at this location, I will make sure to not ever stop at this location, and tell all my friends who also go to and from Springfield to Kansas City to this do the same thing. I hope Management will reach out to me, but I will be reaching out to them for sure. I do not think that people like Nelson should be allowed to be in the customer service industry it anyway Shape or form. Breaktime should be a shame to have somebody like Him working. read more

Watch their gas pumps when you're fueling!!! They kept adding money even though I wasn't pumping gas!!! DO NOT BUY GAS AT THIS GAS STATION!!! What a ripoff!!!! read more

Wouldn't recommend using credit cards here-- they charged my card for a mystery purchase when I wasn't even there, had bank printout, went regularly and the then owner knew, and admitted he knew, that I hadn't been there the day the charge was made. Never got my money back. Never went back again, either. read more

Absolute worst service on earth. We frequent the area on our way to Nebraska several times a month and out of the last 20 times we have stopped by to get ice cream they have either been rude, unwilling or unable to grasp how to simply split a large order into two separate cups (fairly simple math) and now tonight just decided they don't want to serve ice cream 5 ft from the register...reason? They don't want to serve ice cream after 7pm even though they have a huge banner soliciting people based on "homemade ice cream" great ice cream...horrible service! Super disappointed. read more
