I was driving a U-haul with my truck on an auto carrier. I was moving from Independence MO to Bolivar MO. I was coming into Clinton and my truck rolled off the auto carrier, rolled into the oncoming lanes, turned and crossed over to my side of the road into the grassy side. I was so thankful that traffic was light and the one car swerved to miss my truck. My nerves was high and I was freaking out!! Stubby knew what needed to be done and did it!! God was looking out for me and sent an Angel, Stubby!! Thank you again!! I would call on him again and highly recommend him to anyone!! Sherri C

I have been getting my oil changed here since I was 16 years old, but I've been very disappointed…read moreby the service lately. I came in inquiring about an oil leak and was told there wasn't one. I had to have two oil changes in a month and told them my oil kept reading "low oil." Two weeks later, my starter on my car went out because oil was spraying and leaking all over my starter and engine and had been for a while. The mechanic said I'd had the oil leak for several months and there was oil everywhere. $800 later, I have a new starter and battery but still have to pay for the original issue...the oil leak...that QuickLube didn't find. I won't be back, and I'm not ever one to leave bad reviews, but I'm very disappointed.

My Truck was dead, I couldn't do anything with it. Called Max Motors Service in Clinton. I told…read morethem what was going on with it and everything it was and wasn't doing. Service manager said they never heard of this problem before and said I should get it towed in and they would work on it. I explained it was in my barn and with it not coming out of Park that could make for another whole problem. He agreed, so I asked if they had anyone that could come and look at it, after a very short pause he said he'd have someone out in mid-afternoon. At 2pm a mechanic called and said he was on the way. !0 minutes later he showed up. 5 minutes later my truck was running. I was never so relieved in my life in a very long time. While He (Mechanic) was showing me what he found that was causing the trouble the Service Manager call. The Mechanic told him what he found and did. The Mechanic then put Us on speaker and Service Manager informed there was No Charge, I figured there would be a good service charge.
