I've been going to Belton Transmission for almost 10 years (since he was in his old building by…read moreOwens Lumber) and have ZERO complaints with his service or warranty work. I had the owner replace a wheel bearing on a Dodge Dakota pickup and somewhere around a year - give or take - it went bad on me again. I took it back to BT where I was asked how long it had been and if I had my receipt. I told him I wasn't sure, around a year, maybe more, and had looked for the receipt but was unable to find it. After looking at my truck the owner called me in and said he was going to warranty the part but would have to charge labor. I felt that was MORE than fair considering I didn't have my receipt Upshot of the whole thing - I continue to avail myself of BT's services when I need them and don't feel as if I have ever been let down or shorted on service on my vehicles. I would not hesitate to take my daughter's car, my mother's car, or my mother-in-law's car to them for service.
