I have been getting my oil changed here since I was 16 years old, but I've been very disappointed…read moreby the service lately. I came in inquiring about an oil leak and was told there wasn't one. I had to have two oil changes in a month and told them my oil kept reading "low oil." Two weeks later, my starter on my car went out because oil was spraying and leaking all over my starter and engine and had been for a while. The mechanic said I'd had the oil leak for several months and there was oil everywhere. $800 later, I have a new starter and battery but still have to pay for the original issue...the oil leak...that QuickLube didn't find. I won't be back, and I'm not ever one to leave bad reviews, but I'm very disappointed.

Service manager said they never heard of this problem before and said I should get it towed in and they would work on it. I explained it was in my barn and with it not coming out of Park that could make for another whole problem. He agreed, so I asked if they had anyone that could come and look at it, after a very short pause he said he'd have someone out in mid-afternoon. At 2pm a mechanic called and said he was on the way. !0 minutes later he showed up. 5 minutes later my truck was running. I was never so relieved in my life in a very long time. The Mechanic then put Us on speaker and Service Manager informed there was No Charge, I figured there would be a good service charge.
