We had a mixed experience with this company. The pickup process was smooth, and the customer service team was friendly and helpful. However, we ran into issues with the scooter during use. We rented it for my father-in-law to attend Stagecoach and made that clear during the reservation process. Despite that, we received a call on the first day saying they were unaware it would be used at the festival, which was frustrating since we had discussed it beforehand. Ended up being confused with another customer. The scooter did get him from the handicap parking area into the venue, but it consistently lost power afterward. We had the key off and stationary the entire time, but by the end of each day, we had to push him most of the way back to the car. We made sure to fully charge the scooter every evening, yet the same issue happened each day of the festival. We did inform the associate when we returned the scooter. While the initial service was great, the reliability of the equipment didn't meet expectations, especially for an event like this. read more

I spent over 2 years trying to get an issue resolved with our swimming pool steps. They were too steep for my husband, who has post-polio syndrome. Swimming is his safest exercise and he loves it, and for the last 2 years he's gotten into (and barely out of) our pool 3 or 4 times. First of all, ALL the respect to Zane and Marco! You guys saved our SIL's vacation to the desert. SIL's Gogo Sport Mobility Scooter got broken during offloading at PS airport, leaving him no way to get around. Our daughter had to pick up the broken scooter and load it our truck in 106-degree heat. SIL looked up Scooter repair, found this shop, and called ahead to see if they could repair. Zane told him to bring it in the same day, and they'd be happy to help. Having all the right tools and necessary parts, they had the Scooter ready to go in less than 15 minutes. They also showed our daughter the latest upgrades available and told her they rent scooters and deliver to the airport! We will definitely do that next trip.
