Love supporting this small business! My husband and I walked in Nutrishop (initially just to get our body composition tested, which they offer for free) and we walked out with some amazing supplements and free meal plan! That was a few years ago, and we have been loyal customers ever since. Michael, the owner, has patience of steel to put up with me and my lack of information on fitness and nutrition. He really took a lot of time with me to explain the benefits of the supplements. He definitely sets the tone for his employees, because I have ALWAYS had a positive experience every time I walk in here. Thank you all for your amazing customer service. read more

My friend/coworker had been trying to get me in here for a while. I wish I had gone in sooner! Definitely the best experience I've had at a nutrition shop. I believe it was the owner that helped my friends and I. You can tell he really knew his stuff. He not only recommended a great protein but he did not pressure us into buying any one in particular but what was appropriate to each of our dietary needs. We were all extremely impressed, bought the protein and will definitely be back. The prices are also very reasonable considering the free knowledge, gifts and body analysis provided. read more

This is not an attack on a small business. This was not during any holiday. Since posting the owner has contacted me directly and was very confrontational. They have also tried multiple times to unjustly take down my review. I would not do business with someone who treats customers this way. My review accurately reflects my direct experience with this business. read more

Michael has a deep knowledge of his products, he is friendly and helpful at the same time. He will take time to inquire about your goals, your exercise routine and how different products will help you to achieve your goals. read more

This is by far the best supplement shop I've ever been to. I've been firing weights and using supplements for almost 20 years and this place is killing it. Their customer service is unbeatable. The one time I had a problem with a product, they swapped it out no problem for a different product. Prices are competitive, too. They have a sweet inBody scale so you can check your progress with a weigh in when you come to get your monthly stash of supplements. Every time I come and buy my supply, they hook me up with a free sample, free shaker cup and product guarantee. This is a no BS supplement shop and I highly recommend! read more

Michael is the best he ...knows his stuff and he's willing to work with you and share his knowledge to make your life better. His prices are even better than Amazon if you buy in quantity... it cheaper than Amazon that works for me read more

This is the only Nutrishop I go to, they are very helpful and the prices are good. I would recommend this place to everyone

Can't give a review on service due to being closed during business hours. They say they have resumed normal business hours. All info says open and posts hours, go there during those hours and they are closed a big waste of time. If a business is not going to be open when advertised why be open. read more

I guess I can be considered a gym rat and I live in Orange County but have been here in Indio for the last month and will be here for an another month and have been using this place for all my nutrient needs and I have to say it's a great place to go to. I usually hang around and annoy the workers since I don't know any one out here but the workers never seem to mind and truly really cool people. They are all pretty knowledgeable and are all in great shape themselves. They have a BMI machine that you can use for free and check you BMI once a week and they'll help you out if you aren't hitting your goal. I recommended this place especially if you go to the 24 hour right next-door to it. I like to go before or after or even both for their $3 protein shots and $1 BCAA/glutamine shot combined and they also have $2.50 pre-workout shots too. Come in and give it a "shot!" read more

Walked in to buy my son some pre workout and walked out with tons of information about how to change my body composition and more motivation than I've had in a year!!! Michael was knowledgeable and amazing! Looking forward to going back in n two weeks to get my body composition tested again! read more

I typically go to the NutriShop by my house, but as I am working out of town, I went into the NutriShop in Indio for the 1st time. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They made me feel welcome and I will definitely go back for my supplement needs. Thank you guys! read more

I came in for one thing, met Michael, and left with so much more. Will be back in 2 weeks for another weigh-in.

My visit was quick and pleasant Michael N. Was very helpful, polite and informative. Definitely going back.

I've been shopping at this Nutrishop for 1 month now. They provide excellent customer service, are extremely knowledgeable about all products, friendly, and only sell you what you need. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Love them! Always, friendly, knowledgable and sell you what you truly need; not what's going to make them a dollar. Owners are great and truly hands on. I've shopped at other similar retailers and have felt that when I ask questions they are answered vaguely and usually the recommendations are based on what's going to increase their bottom line. I will keep coming back! read more

My name is Mark. I am a Regional Director for LA FITNESS Orange County. Nutrishop has always been my source for all my supplements. Great product and service. I really wanted to reach out and really let everyone know about the Indio location and Jillian in particular. Unbelievable service and she represented everything an owner of a buisness would want in an employee. She was so amazing. I had my family with me and she made everyone feel welcome. We gladly dropped over 3 bills all due to her wonderful customer service. Can't recommend this location & Jillian enough. read more

First time customer today and Jillian was absolutely amazing. Super nice and very helpful. I rarely write reviews but when service is above and beyond, I feel they deserve it. I'm not knowledgable about weight gain/loss supplements and powders but she made me feel totally comfortable in my questions and confident in the answers. Thank you Jillian. I am a lifelong customer now! I'll be back for everything I need. If I could give you 10 stars... I would read more

Was just passing through, employee at the store wasn't very friendly. Did not help me out while I was there. Was not a good experience.

I went in today to get some weight loss supplements, the protein treats they had and decided to get my body mass measured. As soon as I stepped into the store I was greeted and acknowledged while waiting. Michael was solo and there were about 4 others in the store and he was able to help us all and was extremely supportive and didn't rush anyone at all. He was diligent in answering questions and didn't try to sell the expensive high end products. He showed me some and then showed me what he likes and recommends. I've been to other nutrition shops and they take you right to the most expensive pills and powders without showing anything else. He even told someone to finish the product they have since they already spent their money on it and then come see him when they're finished with it so he can show them some other stuff that would be better substitutes. I highly recommend coming here for whatever you need. I know I'll be back for sure. read more

Nannette is the sweetest! I had previously been misinformed about the amino powder I was interested in but she laid out all the info and really helped me understand it a bit better! I purchased the orange flavor which isn't my cup of tea (my fault) but she gave me samples of the pink lemonade and the watermelon to try out. Highly recommend the watermelon! Thank you so much Nannette!! read more
