I wish we had tax included stores in LV. Easy in and out. Ordered online. Good sales. read more

Catalyst Palm Desert is a very good dispensary with an amazing selection. Plenty of parking and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was going to go earlier this week, but got an email saying they were having a 710 sale, so I waited a couple days and got more for my money. Long line out the door for the 710 sale but the security guard and the woman checking folks in kept the line moving. They were well stocked for this sale and I was able to pick up everything I wanted for 40% off. That's a great deal. Even though there are several dispensaries closer to my house, I will happily continue to make the drive to Catalyst Palm Desert. Highly (get it?) recommend. read more

A little expensive. Got a cat 4 battery and it died after a week or so. Dont recommended them.

The lady with her hair dye and she's always there at night very disrespectful. There's been multiple occasions that I pulled up with a passport/ ID and a birth certificate and she does not let me enter. I find it very rude of her because I always go in the morning or afternoon and the lady that's there. It will always let me through. Please communicate to your staff and let them know the store policies cause this is ridiculous. I am never coming here again. read more

Catalyst - Palm Desert - Worst dispensary out in the valley - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Palm Desert, California

Everything is always great! Customer service, knowledge and friendly! And their prices are low, and always has a fantastic selection!

I just wanna start off by saying that these are wonderful people. You could be bummed out about something or on a budget, they'll recommend deals or show you a strain to help lift your mood. I usually get 2 or more joints on an occasion and they always greeted me with a smile and a welcoming attitude. I recommend leaving tips to help show your appreciation towards them and helping you finding what you like/want. read more

Love going here in the valley. Very friendly always helpful. Want to give a special shout out to Manny working the register. He's always super insightful on any product I have questions about. I'm usually pretty cheap but when he up sells me they're always a hit and having me coming back for more. read more

Really weird that I've been to multiple dispos in the last week or two since leaving the DMV after applying for my CA license. My current out of state license has a hole in it now, bc the DMV did so. And all the sudden I can't shop at this dispo bc my ID is damaged ... poor policy. Maybe work with DMV procedures to not miss a sale for no reason. As long as the ID scans it shouldn't be an issue. read more

Catalyst - Palm Desert - My ID with hole the DMV punched. Been accepted at multiple dispos since it was punched - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Palm Desert, California

Not cheap people when you order online would be a good start I ordered online and the price was $10 difference when I picked it at the store It's a total rip off and they teach you and usually they're very good there. I've had nothing but good experiences until now. It's just very disappointing and depressing but don't worry there's other stores, but the store had been great up until now and I tried to resolve the problem once I got to the store I even talk to a manager or he claimed you as a manager and he couldn't do anything read more

This is the worst smoke shop not accepting my id or my drivers license it's always the girl who's there at night this is ridiculous specially because I close to this shop read more

DO not buy Stizzy pens here got one that tasted like straight chemicals must have been defected. Left me with a bad headache after one hit of it. Never experienced this before with stizzy pens. Tried to take it back after calling saying they could help me fix the issue just to come in person and say no return or exchange NO Customer service will never be back read more

I have been a customer here for at least a year and a half. I buy for myself and my three sons, my husband & father in law. I buy anywhere from 3 to 8 disposable cartridges every time I go in. Today I accidentally bought 3 regular cartridges. I went in and asked if I could exchange it. They said, of course, since I had just purchased it. I was told to go inside & wait at the online pick up register. After a couple of minutes of waiting, I decided to walk over to the counter, where the disposable vapes are to take a look at what they had since I was looking in the wrong case. (They really should be labeled disposable and nondisposable because this has happened before and it happens there a lot it's not just me.) the security guard came in from the lobby and told me I could not stand there that I had to wait by the cash register for the manager and this is after the manager greeted me and told me that he would be right with me at the case where I was standing by the disposables. I told the security guard that I just was looking to see what was available so that when he came out to do the exchange, we would have it ready to go. Saving time. The security guard told me no, & that I had to wait by the cash register and that if somebody wasn't waiting on me, I could not look at any of the products. I waited a couple more minutes for the manager to come and he did not. So I left, and I did not return any of the products that I purchased. I will give them away before I will step foot in your store again. I have been a very good customer and I know everyone of these employees. I always thought this place was ran wonderfully, but today really pissed me off. I just had $100 shoved up my ass with bad customer service. I drove around the corner to Cannabis 21 I bought the exact same disposable gelato for $10 less. What the f*** was I thinking? I guess I need to shop around more. Between my Juice Bar and my CBD oil store and my entire family owns several restaurants around this valley, I send so much business to this place, but I will be redirecting everybody today. Not that it will affect your business, I'm not trying to do that, I just want my friends to get the customer service that I am promising them. PS- cannabis 21 will allow you to walk around the store. They do not treat you like a kinder gardener. read more

Amazing team, great selection, the best deals in the desert. No BS, I love this place.

Best store in the desert and the best deals. They got deals on different days of the weeks. All bud tenders are helpful and respectful

Nice selection and far more reasonable than other dispensaries! Conveniently located!

Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff from the time you walk in. Also they have a good deal for first timers.

Catalyst, Palm Desert is by far the best I've been to in the Valley. The business offers a great variety of products in all categories and has enough budtendets to handle customer orders quickly. The manager, Marisa, keeps everything moving and makes sure there are no bottleneck. Catalyst has monthly sales -in 30-50% off everything in the joint. And everyone knows their stuff and are happy to answer questions. Good prices. read more

I'm new to the weed industry which meant I was left intimidated with dispensaries and knowing what to ask for. I have a tried a few other dispos in the desert and this one is my favorite. They make you feel so welcomed. Every person there that's helped me has always answered all of my questions and always try to find me the best deal. I personally feel like they have cheaper rates compared to others. I would recommend this dispo to people at any level in their weed journey. read more

Great service went in with my best friend and we didn't know what to select thanks to Jess what Amazing employee good customer service and knowledge on what to go for even with good product with good price straight 10/10 highly recommend read more

Member ID 5960. Why was it so hard for the "manager" AND cashier to verify the authentication of my EXPIRED DL (expired-on my 75th birthday- 2/27/24=YESTERDAY) AND an ORIGINAL RECEIPT from CA DMV (dated YESTERDAY)? Do they smoke too much of the products that distort judgement while ignoring factual reality? Both documents (expired PICTURE DL & DMV RENEWAL receipt) are legal documents. They denied me access to the store until I called back and asked for authoritative personnel. I wasted at least 45 minutes and finally was allowed to shop. Since it was troublesome trying to contact CEO Elliot Lewis, I suggest retraining for budtenders for future incidents. To pacify me, I was given Lowell 35s - Wild Safari. I appreciate the gesture but; my member history dictates INDICA. An offer of Lowell 35s-Stargazer would have been appropriate. With that being said; I'm thinking about going out of my way & return to WCCC. read more

People are chill there. Prices are good. Easy process. I got these little doobs by coastal sun, I think it had 9-10 short doobs for $15. Plenty of sales and discounts daily. You should go. read more

Needed some sleep gummies while traveling and found this place on Yelp. Friendly, quick service and they had exactly what I needed.

From the moment I walked into the dispensary I was warmly greeted and given a discount coupon and proceeded into the store. I was again greeted and was assigned a customer service person who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were better than a competitor nearby. This is the [lace to visit to purchase any Cannabis products. Highly recommend. read more

Fire products and great deal. Staff is a very super friendly and patient and always willing to help me pick out the perfect product.

I have to say this shop remains consistent with their customer service, great products/ prices, and overall professionalism from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Their security guard makes me feel so safe too! My favorite deal of the week is Saucy Sundays as well as Women's Wednesday where you get 15% just for being a woman! Great brands and great prices. It's so easy and fun to come into Catalyst. I tell them what I'm looking for, the price range, and they are beyond patient and are quite knowledgeable when it comes to their product. read more
