Awesome vape shop with a fantastic staff. They have a great selection of devices and juice and prices are reasonable. It may seem overpriced in relation to buying online but websites charge state-mandated adult signature fees and extra delivery fees so once you compare the final tallies, E-Cig City actually comes out cheaper most of the time (unless I'm putting in a massive online order for free shipping). And of course the convenience of instant gratification, along with E-Cig's super friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to take the time to give recommendations and explain all the options, shopping here is a no-brainer. I also recently bought a new vape pen with JP's guidance, got it home to find it didn't work but realized I wasn't given a receipt. Went back the following day and JP wasn't there but Mike gave me a replacement no questions asked. Great customer service! read more

John and Hass were super knowledgeable and provided the best customer service. Will definitely coming back when I'm in town.

Soo much selection and you will love Mike! He is so knowledgeable and helpful. This is the best place to stop into when at Coachella or visiting the desert. Wish I lived even closer because this would be my go-to! read more

This is absolutely the best vape shop hands down. I have been a customer with them since they opened which I believe is about 7 years now. They have such a wide selections and variety of vapes, liquids, coils, mods, etc that you will be happy whether you're experienced or a novice. I initially started vaping to quit smoking cigarettes and I wouldn't have been able to do it without their help. A few of my vape juices have been discontinued but the staff is so knowledgeable they always find me something comparable if not always better. They always have the best sales and special. You couldn't ask for better customer service. 10/10 would recommend a million times over read more

I've been a customer since I moved into the desert 3 years ago and they make it so easy to be loyal to them. I don't shop at anything other vape store. Mike is so friendly, always remembers my name, and asks about my life. He always makes me feel like an old friend. The staff there is great too. They are all so knowledgeable and patient with me when I have no idea what I'm talking about. They know what flavors I like and only many occasions have been asked if I "want my usual" The loyalty they have for their customers is outstanding. read more

Mike Yoo Knows how to put together a tight vape shop. This is easily the coolest vape shop in the desert, my boy boon works the counter top and he knows his stuffs. These guys love the locals and know good product. They have a cheap section where you can get 15mil's for $5, and they also sell great dab riggs & mods. I got a beautiful recycle dab riggg for literally $60 here that i fooled my friend into thinking i spent $250. These boys take care of you. Mike & boon you guys are the homies. Thank you so much! read more

I have been trying to avoid writing a shit review for the last few months now. But it just seems like the "customer service" they are giving gets shittier as time goes on. Let me explain what exactly the 2 starts are for. 1st juice selection is amazing, 2nd Boon! He is always very knowledgable and always answers whatever questions I have. His customer service could use some work. If you ask him a direct question you'll get a great answer, but by no means will he go out of his way to help you. We are not customers that go there and chill for hours but we're there enough times where we should get at least HI. As far as EVERY other employee there, what the hell?! Me and my boyfriend CONSTANTLY spend a good chunk of money at this store EVERY month. So excuse the hell out of me, if I as a customer expect a certain type of service, especially since I've recieved it before. The only time I get decent service is if Mike the owner is sitting In front of them. If I walk in and their friends are sitting at the counter bullshitting, never fails I get the worst service, no one makes eye contact with you, & don't expect even a half ass of a "thank you"...you know seeings how you just dropped $200. We were in today specifically to get 2 new mods. The new guy whom I've never seen (small, darker complexion, and a beard) treated us like we were going to grab a display MOD and run out of the door. 1st give me some damn space, 2nd why are you constantly locking the case when it's clear we need to check out multiple mods at the same time, 3rd if your going to constantly look at Boon for answers because you don't know, move aside and let me speak to who knows what they're doing. The past 5 times I've gone to your PD store Mike I leave genuinely dissatisfied and throughly pissed the hell off. IF GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS TO YOU, AND YOU'D LIKE TO INTERACT PEOPLE WHO CAN SPEAK TO YOU WITH RESPECT AND HAVE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE VAPING ISN'T CHEAP I SUGGEST ***DESERT VAPORS*** 1000%. read more

Me and my wife love this vape shop when we need a upgrade or any help with anything they have no problem helping us. Thank you for everything . KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING read more

E-Cig City - Vape Shops Near Me - Palm Desert, California

Definitely the best Vape shop in the valley. All the employees know what they're talking about and definitely help out. Glad to have become homies with everyone their. I definitely wouldn't go to any other vape shop in the desert! read more

I've been meaning to put up this review for a while now. I've had the pleasure of working direct with the owner Mike along with all of the employees that make this place as awesome as it is. Their pricing is very fair, premium flavors with deals you can't beat. For me I haven't been vaping very long and did not no much about the products. I've had positive experiences els where however this place is the best by far. Everyone is so knowledgeable and welcoming, & did not try to upswell me in any way. I am not a big fan of Smok products because they leak a lot in my line of work. So they recommended their new dripper tank called (Alpine) & they built me a custom coil witch made the flavor night and day compared to the pre done coils everyone els used. I recommend this place to all my friends & family that vape. Great job guys. read more

From someone who has Vaped and worked in different settings around it; ecig city has by far been my favorite store. The atmosphere is awesome and all the employees are amazing. Mike yoo knows what he is doing and that goes for boon as well. The only thing is, don't go in there acting like you're hot sh** cause because it ruins the vibe. Awesome selection and great peeps. Definitely Happy that I got to have such an awesome store to go to and feel apart while living in the desert. read more

Really cool shop guys! Very wide open and a big selection on E juice. Friendly staff and really good prices here. If anyone has any problems just come in and ask for Boon Josh, they know their stuff and always friendly to help out. Highly recommend this place read more

My first time going to this place was last night and I must say, it was awesome. The employees were funny and very helpful. They always got into a new vape juice and I'm in love. My old vape juice was in my life for three years! But I guess change is good. Keep up the great work y'all! read more

Very helpful staff! I will be purchasing my vape products here. Took care of me after I was sold faulty products at a different business & took the time to explain some things as I'm new to the vape world. Thanks again guys! read more

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Impressed with their wide selection and clean organized displays.

This place always has the best people working. I've already been there a few times and each time has been a good experience. The last time I went, Boon helped us out. He was honest, and more than helpful. That's our official place to go now and the only place we will send people. read more

Boon was very helpful and professional and showed no sign of impatience as I could not make up my mind with so many amazing juice options. Very welcoming shop, no judgement here. I've been to many shops where most of the staff get impatient with their body language or lack of caring about you being there, but that was not the case here. Got a 100ml juice at a good price and they even threw in a discounted build in my atomizer that is super solid! 10/10 read more

E cig city brUUh... Where do I start? With a juice selection like that you got erryone out here like what's¿? Them juice tenders pretty lookin too! Me and my girl had our first date there at the fancy tiled bar they have. I will never forget when we first bellied up to that bad boy I pulled the vape stool out for her and she looked at my like I was a VGOD I wanna say this was her first vdate since she hada little cough every time she chucked fat clouds from there fancy box mod testers but by the end of the night mike had her dialed in at just the right temp to keep that burn down. My mom doesn't usually let me go to social gatherings or on dates but she know that jay, mike, and Kelsea are always good baby sitters and will always take care of my every need like family. read more

Went back to ecig city because my wife and I were in need of some new and different juice. Like I have said in my older reviews their juice selection is vast and their hardware selection is also great. What really prompted me to change my review is the amazing customer service josh provided. Because of my last experience I have not visited them in a while and maybe that was poor judgment on my end. I am the type that values customer service and one bad experience normally deters me from the establishment for good. But I should remember everyone has bad days and I tend to take things personally. However I am very glad I gave this shop another chance. Josh was extremely helpful, personable and made some great suggestions. I will be back with out a doubt. Check them out for all your vaping needs. read more

Came here for the first time today, and it's a cool place. The guy behind the counter was cool, and introduced me to a need flavor. Mango pound cake. He said it's his favorite and I think it's mine too. Just wish they had it in 12mg. Seems like a lot of the stores in the valley hardly have 12 MG in dessert flavors. Either that or they just run out quick. Either way, I think I'll be coming back more often. Good vibe in the store, and prices weren't bad at all read more

Love this place, they have a big selection of e-juice to choose from! They guys are always helpful. Cool place to chill/smoke. And they let me try out some juices before i buy, as i can be picky! :) Highly recommend! read more

Great shop and great service. Just stopped in while I was in town to pick up some juice and the staff was super helpful and knowledgable. I told the guy the flavors I usually like and he picked me out several to try that were spot on. Will definitely be back whenever I am out in the desert...which is several times a year. read more

They're located near another shop that is awful and a total rip off, here they were informative and helpful!!!! Amazing all around.

Being a long time vaper for some years now I've been to many vape/e-cigarette shops all over Southern California. From the high-end to your run of the mill everyday shops I can honestly say E-cig City Palm Desert is up there with the best of them. The selection of e-juice and vape gear is great and very well priced. As a consumer I put great customer care on the top of my list of expectations of any business establishment. Never have I waited longer than a few minutes to be attended to regardless of how busy the shop may be and am always greeted the moment I walk through the door. If you're looking for a premier vape shop in the desert don't hesitate to stop by and take look for yourself. Especially if you're trying to kick the habit of cigarettes Mike and his friendly staff are there to help. read more

Big thanks to the whole crew at E-Cig City quite often their prices are cheaper than online ! and you can get your e-juice that day what a concept ! I'm bad with names but always treated with awesome customer service , shout out to TJ for walking me through my first RTA thanks for all the knowledge this is the true One Stop Shop for your mods ,tanks and juice all at very fair prices . read more

I hardly review any places or spots. But the employee's here are top notch, great sales men. I will be returning.

Come here about once a month, friendly staff, great products, and great customer service. Was just there the other night for vape juice. Good experience every time. read more

coolest place ever, chill people and a pool table. I went in needing a new vape machine and walked out happier than ever.

So, bought one tank from them, it was leaking. So I decided to pony up and buy an entire new rig. It started leaking the next day. When I brought it in, the manager said he didn't sell that tank (there were four more in the case). Then he said I was being irate (I wasn't, I just wanted my money back). He then called the cops on me (they didn't do anything). Owner doesn't stand by his products. Will lie to customers when they bring anything back, and then will actually call the cops if you ask for a refund. These people deserve business from no one. read more

I am new to the vaping world, and actually stopped in here for the first time (after asking around for the best place to go, looking on here, etc) on my way home from a hospital stay for bronchitis/pneumonia/asthma. I've been a pack a day smoker for over 12 years and had made up my mind that I DO NOT want to smoke cigarettes any more, but I'm not ready to give up nicotine or "the act" altogether. So, when I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Kyle (who was kind enough not to run screaming for the hills because of my disheveled appearance), who seemed to know exactly what I needed, and got me all set up with everything. I have been back in a few times for juices (which I love that I am able to sample if I am unsure, before I buy), coils, and miscellaneous newby questions. I really appreciate the way that when I am making purchases, (Kyle has been the one to help me out just about every time), I don't feel pressured/ like I am being ripped off, and that he takes his time explaining the products. Everyone else in the shop has been super friendly and helpful as well! Awesome shop, awesome staff! I won't be shopping anywhere else! read more
