Zito's has become our go-to spot, and over the past year, we've supported them with around $2000.00 in business. It's not about the money, it's about enjoying a great local product and creating a family tradition. Unfortunately, tonight's experience changed that for good. Zito's offers a family special--two toppings, a 2-liter, and a choice of salad or knots. Every week, we order the same thing: half Hawaiian, half pepperoni. Tonight, Brayden, the cashier, refused our usual order, claiming - Dude, that would be four toppings. I explained that we've ordered it this way for a year, but he instantly treated it like the scene with Chevy Chase @ Wally World. I get the youth. I too employ youth. Brayden relayed the situation to Isaiah, the manager, who assured us he would remember the order and process it when it came through. My wife and I, along with our two young kids, sat down, ate our salad, and enjoyed our drinks while waiting. Meanwhile, Brayden walked by multiple times, smirking at us as if nothing was wrong. Everyone around us was getting their food, but our order never arrived. An hour passed. We were still waiting, but we were keeping our kids entertained. Finally, at 8:15 PM--90 minutes after we arrived, I asked Brayden to check on our pizza. His response? Yeah, man, they lost your order. Go figure. No apology, no effort to make it right. Just indifference. Thankfully, Isaiah processed a refund, which I appreciate. But the bigger issue here is the culture and attitude within this location. Earlier in the night, Isaiah had loudly yelled out, "That's retarded," in front of customers and his team. As a father and a business owner in the service industry, I found that completely unprofessional. Words matter, and leadership starts at the top. Why am I writing this now? Because as we were leaving, Brayden smirked at me and gave me two thumbs up--not the middle, but as if he had personally won. That moment sealed the extra cheese for me. I've had conversations with Steve, the owner, about his goals to franchise and grow Zito's. But no matter how good the pizza is, if customer service drives people away, growth won't happen. This isn't just about a lost order, it's about how customers are treated. Whether our order was ignored on purpose or through sheer incompetence, the fact remains: I'll never return. As someone new to this community; but someone who will be involved just as I was in my last one. Zito's lost more than just my business tonight. Just had my daughter's bday dinner at Zitos tonight. I knew I needed to come in to make reservations for our party for today since Fridays are always busy. Isaiah (mangager?) helped me reserve the back room and it was perfect. Food, service and back room was big enough to fit our party. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. For those who complained about food taking so long. Let's just say it's definitely worth the wait! I came almost an hour early to put in our order for a party of 40 and everyone loved the food. Zitos specialty and meat lover was delish! On a side note. There was a female worker that really helped me with our party and I just wanted to thank her for making this experience so helpful. 5 star all the way. read more

Placed my order of a large pizza and free garlic knots, it took 25 mins for pick up which is fine, however upon arrival the host told me that my garlic knots where not made or someone had taken them, so I had to wait 10 more mins and by then my pizza would be more cold and getting all saggy. Don't come to this location horrible customer service and workers don't seems to care about the customers. Don't waste you're time or money on this place. I've been coming to this specific Zito's most my life. I've been to all of them. Love the sauce, toppings and overall vibe of the inside. Probably because it reminds me of my childhood coming and playing the arcade games. One comment if the owner reads this - take a look at your online order platform it allows for 1/2 & 1/2 options that the employees said they can't fulfill. They were excellent at providing something they could fulfill but nevertheless it's not what I REALLY wanted to order but couldn't have due to it not being an option - you should remove those options. read more

Didn't know what to get for an early dinner, so I pulled up google maps and searched the area. Came across this pizza spot. First time at this place. Since I hadn't been here before, I asked the gentleman at the counter how the ordering process was, and then he was happy to explain it to me. This was around 430ish. I ended up getting a Greek salad and 8 inch pepperoni pizza. It's kind of an order first, and then you can pick where you want to sit kind of place. Very open seating area with an abundance of tvs for peoples veiwing pleasure. The Greek salad was great. Had lots of flavor and onions which I like. The pizza was great. Lots of flavor and many cheese pulls. That's even without me asking for extra cheese, which I could only imagine how that would've tasted. I've been a customer for some 15 years plus. Food quality at Zitos has steadily gone down in the last few years. I ordered a Hawaiian style pizza a few days ago. The pizza was horrible. Lightly sauced and the Canadian bacon on the pizza was as tough as leather and tastless. Cutting corners seems to be the trend these days. $30.00 for a terrible pizza will no longer cut it. Do not go or order from this Zito's location. I ordered 7 large pizzas for delivery 2 weeks early. THEY FORGOT MY ORDER with the excuse that the computers went down. I had spoken to 3 people regarding my order a week before, a day before, and the day of. I did get a call from DJ at 6pm saying that they were running late and was delivery at 7pm ok (was supposed to be 6:30). I said sure, as long as it wasn't later that that. At 7:30 I called asking why they were late delivering. ZITOS HAD NOT EVEN STARTED ON MY ORDER!! I had to go pick up my pizzas AT 8 PM after they forgot my order 3 HOURS late. I had 25 guests that were starving by then. NO DISCOUNT, just a feeble "sorry" from the manager Johnathan. I ordered early and for delivery so I wouldn't be stressed out on the day of my Son's engagement party. This was so much worse. I was craving pizza and saw Zito's had outside tables. I'm tired of always having to get food to go due to COVID' I ate the large mushroom pizza with a soda. The service here is very good. It's nice they still have a self serve drink station and you can get refills. The inside dining area (which was closed) is giant with several TV's. This will be a fun place to come back on football Sundays when all goes back to normal. As for the pizza, it was delicious. Most pies, I want to chuck the crust but their crust is as good as the rest of the pie. I ate every bit. I plan on trying other menu items on future visits. read more
