I'm Italian and grew up going to my Noni's for dinner every weekend. I'm very picky when it comes to Italian food. I love Ziti's!! I've been going to Ziti's for about 10 years now. There are very few things I don't recommend on the menu. However, their Pasquale Special Pizza is out of this world. Best pizza in the area. I also love the Chicken and Eggplant combo (they get the eggplant sooo tender), Gnocchi and Fusilli and Eggplant. Start with an antipasto to share with someone - If you don't share, you'll never come close to finishing your meal. The only downside to Ziti's is the atmosphere (or lack thereof). It is in a strip-mall, but you could never tell by the food. I've heard they are now taking credit cards which is good. read more

This is a hidden gen tucked into a shopping center. This place is fantastic for lunch. Get in line, order your food, open kitchen they cook in front of you. Specials are fantastic are super quick. Not your fancy gourmet but just good fresh Italian. I have stopped here for take-out on the way home as my kids love the food from here as well. The bread is amazing fresh and hot. I called and ordered the chicken with lemon and butter. They guy read back what I ordered to make sure it was correct. When I got back to work I found out they gave me chicken broccoli alfredo. Very disappointing. Ordered chicken, ziti, broccoli with garlic and oil, chicken Marsala with linguine and meatballs for take-out. Everything was bland and tasteless. I did not detect any garlic or Marsala wine flavor whatsoever. What a waste of $40. Never again. read more

I didn't want to like this place, but I have to admit the meatball subs are very good. The bread was the right amount of crusty to soak up the sauce without dissolving, they got the meatball ratio about right, and this sub is huge. Definitely split it if you get the large. It also appears that this is the only place in Westborough besides Papa Ginos that sells pizza by the slice, which is a plus. Service is surly, but they do a brisk take-out lunch trade and I suppose they're just trying to keep things moving. read more

I have been to this place well over a dozen times. It was our favorite local Italian restaurant about 16 years ago when it opened and it is going strong. Try just about any Entree and you can't go wrong. Try the seafood stew! Fantastic, fresh and it feeds 2 people. Great prices too. Don't let the strip mall location fool you. They are good. read more

Eh...this place is OK. Tried it last night for the first time - My boyfriend and I got subs to go. The size of the subs were great for the price...but we weren't fans of the sandwiches themselves. I got a steak and cheese and my boyfriend got an itallian. One, the bread was stale (for both sandwiches) - way too crispy! It made eating the sandwich difficult. It was crunchy, chewy and left a million crumbs! I prefer my subs to have nice soft rolls. Two, I didn't like the steak and cheese so much because it was overly filled with steak and only had about 2 slices of cheese - weak. I typically prefer to have a good ratio of about 70:30...or maybe 60:40 (70% steak and 30% cheese) This way the cheese moistens the dried steak out. In this case, the sub was about a 90:10. Way too dry. I would have only given this place 1 or 2 stars...but I bumped it up to 3 for now because I saw what their pizzas looked like (looked delicious). I won't be buying anymore subs from Zitis, but I'll definitely go back at least one more time to try out the pizza and see if it tastes as good as it looks. read more

We had a great dinner at Ziti's tonight in Westboro! The bread and olive oil comes with dinner. The bread was very good. I had the scallops over linguini which had nice fresh lemons in sauce steaming hot and fresh herbs so delicious! My husband had the shrimp scampi which was also delicious with lemons and over linguini steaming hot he finished every bite! He said this is the first time he ever finished a pasta dish at any restaurant it was that good! The portions are very plentiful and the help is very friendly and attentive. We had pino grigio and beer with our dinner. I will be back here for sure! Bon Appetit! read more

I like Ziti's........but only for lunch. If you're eating dinner go somewhere else. having worked in the area I used to stop here all the time for lunch, good portions, decent prices, and quick service. So when I was in the area around dinner time I figured I'd give it a try. At night there are waitresses so you don't have to order at the counter; Problem is the portions are the same but the prices are more than twice as much at lunch. And the chicken cutlets are still pre cooked and sitting in the warmer. Which is Ok for a quick $7.99 lunch, it's unacceptable for a $17.99 dinner. And what's with charging for refills on fountain soda? $5.25 a person for 3 cokes is a bit much, especially when half the glass (well, plastic cup) is ice... So a great place for lunch and a rip off for dinner.... read more

I usually get linguine with clams, they have white clam on the menu, but I like red, and they made it. It's pretty good. They put the whole fresh clam in shells over linguine. Usually you have to go to a fancy place in the city for this, so it's nice to find in the suburbs. read more

A Jersey girl born and raised, I know good Italian food when I see it. I placed an order online for pickup and ended up going to the restaurant early. It was busy on a Saturday evening with the waitresses moving fast to get orders out. I ordered the tortellini bolognese and it was fabulous and enormous. Food was ok (I have had better here) - My Scampi tasted like it was cooked with three lemons, it was almost unbearable, there was so much less garlic than lemon, I didn't know I ordered shrimp picatta (honestly that is more what it tasted like, far from scampi) - my husband's food was great. But even if it was horrible, we wouldn't have been able to do anything about it, as the waitress did not return to our table until we shouted to her for the check. We also never received bread (like the rest of the customers did). not that we could complain, as she never came back. I watched another family grab her by the arm to get her attention as they had been waiting for over 10 minutes to place their order. I probably won't return after this experience. read more

I love this place. For those people who gave poor reviews - I don't know what the xxxx you are talking about. I've never had the pizza, but everything else I've eaten from Ziti's has been wonderful. Both of my parents are Italian, and I am usually disappointed with Italian restaurants (don't like paying for food when my mom's is a million times better). Ziti's is one of the few Italian restaurants that I enjoy. Place is over rated and the guy is rude( the owner I think). I asked him how long it will be out of curiosity and he respond " a few minutes just wait in a rude tone. I said I was just asking and then he felt bad so he tried to be all nice to me after. At that point I just wanted to get my sub and get the fuck out of here. Love this place. Been going here for years. My dad used to take us when we where kids and I have continued to go my whole life. Food is always great tasting and large portions. I also really like there second location in Worcester. That location is definitely more of a sit down restaurant but they still do a lot of takeout. Never been disappointed and never had anyone working there be rude to me ever. read more
