I hadn't been to a bertuccis in years and got my fave which is the chicken broccoli rigatoni. It was good! Not much chicken though. The rigatoni abruzzi was also good. Unfortunately neither dish sat well in our bellies and we were on the toilet later. Also our waitress has the personality of a rock. Oh well! It's a chain. P.s. that place needs a good dusting, ceiling to floor.

The service was very friendly and quick. I had the shrimp fettuccine. They were very generous with the portion so ended up taken half home.

Our Valentines dinner was excellent at Bertucci's in Westborough! Our server Daniel was excellent! Our service and food came out perfect! We had a arugula pizza, a glass of wine and Perrier! We love this restaurant and we also got to speak with the manager who was also assisting with serving food because the restaurant was so busy! We love this restaurant!

Sauceless, zero flavor, over overcooked pasta. Spaghetti & Meat Sauce

They should be ashamed charging $23 for spaghetti and "meat sauce" with about 4 pieces of meat and a tablespoon of sauce. The tiny bit of sauce that they put on it has ZERO FLAVOR....ZERO. not a pinch of anything was added to that sauce. And the 2 lbs of spaghetti is overcooked.

Ordered take out tonight, Bertucci's should be a safe bet with hubby and kids WRONG Portion size ridiculously small, my husbands pasta and meatballs had the baby meatballs that go on pizza. COMPLETELY disappointed in my Sporkie pizza. Ricotta was painted on in strips with a pastry bag and no more crumbled mostly sweet sausage. Sausage was cut in slices and a bit spicy. The casing was nasty too. Kids semi satisfied with pasta dishes but I am done. So freakin expensive should have hit up Shrewsbury St. Would have been slightly move expensive but would have been fresh, hot and yummy. Westboro will be next to go out of business.

It is difficult to find, it's right next to a convenience store and doesn't really look open, but if you've found the convenience store on the corner, you're in the right place. Service was excellent, it is a takeout spot with a few high top tables inside. They have gorgeous Italian decor and fresh market items available for purchase. I ordered their #11 la caprese poiastro, thickly sliced oven roasted chicken with house made fresh mozzarella, basil pesto, tomato, balsalmic, and olive oil. It was good, extremely huge & filling. I tried it in their seeded roll, next time I'd try their focaccia. I'm not the biggest fan of sliced chicken (it's a texture thing), but it was delicious and I have nearly 3 meals out of it. #11 la caprese poiastro 8/10 sicilian lemon soda 10/10 I'd love to try some of their other sandwiches, I'm just personally not the biggest fan of oven-roasted chicken on sandwiches. I'm sure I'll love my next visit even more. The lemon soda is phenomenal, I'd love to find it closer to me! The staff here are genuinely some of the most hospitable & lovely people I've met at such a casual restaurant. I think it's unfair to rate places like Evviva the same way one might rate a typical "foodie"…read morerestaurant, so this review should be viewed relative to other chain, family-style restaurants. Evviva is spacious, service is fast, and food comes in generous portions. Three of us shared a roasted harvest salad, orecchiette, and a large hot honey pizza. A bit salty, oily, and overdressed, but the dishes were easily enough to fill all three of us and the food came out fast despite how surprisingly busy the place was on a random Tuesday night. Nice place for a family dinner or to meet with a big group of friends. We'll be back when the occasion calls for it because you know what you're going to get at this restaurant.

As for food, we had someone who is gluten free so they offer a separate menu, which I greatly appreciate. It's a full menu too, not just a few salads and such. They offer sandwiches on gluten free focaccia, meatballs, pasta, and such. We ordered the gluten free cheesy bread which was fine. Nothing remarkable. We also ordered the gluten free wings as appetizer. These were good. We ordered the bacon and Gorgonzola salad which was the best dish of the table. The chicken parmigiana (their specialty) was nothing special. Tasted like boxed pasta with jarred sauce. Chicken was average sized, pounded thin. Our GF diner ordered the meatballs diavalo (gluten free). Pasta was gummy. Meatballs were decent. Rating the food on its own, it's a solid 3.0. However with service and atmosphere, I gave a slightly higher rating

I ordered the chicken piccata but it had zero capers, and the sauce tasted extremely watered down--water with maybe a teaspoon of butter. Not much flavor at all. The portion was especially frustrating for the price: roughly a full small container of pasta and what looked like about a quarter of a chicken breast. A box of pasta at most 8$, chicken breast usually 4 for 14$. About 3.5$ per breast. The bolognese was also disappointing. It had huge chunks of uncooked peppers, like the kind cut for dipping in ranch and very thick uncooked pieces of onion, including ends big pieces. The chicken parm came with the linguine in a separate container, which was fine, and all of the meals came with warm, fresh bread--a nice touch. We also ordered the garlic bread, which was essentially bread with a lump of unappealing cheese on top. Nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the quality was just okay, no one got sick! but the quantity relative to the price was the bigger issue for us. I wanted to give Linguine's a try because we live nearby, but based on this takeout experience, we won't order again. The restaurant itself is small and charmingly dark, with tight seating, loud and a very old-school, not-updated feel. Staff were not friendly, behind the counter was a tight space with a lot of staff, none were smiling or enjoying the work, no one greets the customers. It was busy when we picked up our food, so clearly they have a loyal following. Perhaps this is simply a particular style of Italian cooking that appeals & service to their regular customers, but it wasn't for us. Quality: Meh. Portion size for the price: Very disappointing. Price: $$$$ Atmosphere: not my cup of tea Staff: smile you're working hard but hard work is good.

I admit the location may not be fancy near the gas station and service plaza/roadside stop, but I can tell you this is a spot you don't want to miss! Chantaly greeted all the customers with a smile, and she kept the short line moving right along with great efficiency. She helped us decide which grilled cheese sandwich variation we should try. I had the Caprese with both pesto and balsamic spread, and I was a little worried it would be too messy or saucy but it was perfect and amazing! My son had the daily special with boneless beef short ribs and grilled onions. She makes each sandwich to order so you can adjust the choice of bread or any of the ingredients, and she presents it fresh off the grill, hot and fresh. The most popular sandwich we saw several folks order the one that includes their amazing Mac & cheese that is actually spread inside the sandwich!
