This person had to leave by ambulance and the dog became very distressed. Rather than force the dog to be groomed under such stressful circumstances they brought him out and asked if they should continue. Of course we took the dog home and he will go back another day. I'm switching groomers! I love that they cared about the dog and how he was feeling. My dog is my baby and I have been looking for a groomer that is sensitive with her. The sensitivity, customer service, and maturity of the people working the counter in an emergency was amazing. I can't wait to see how they do grooming my dog!

My boyfriend told me about a cute dog store and I'm always down to spoil my fur babies so I told…read morehim to take me here immediately. The store is so cute and neat as everything a cat or dog owner would need was in the store. Plenty of toys, food, accessories, treats, and other items could all be found in this shop! The owner Sara was super knowledgeable and friendly with not only us but all customers that came by. She knew the different products in the store which is always a good sign. I also was interested in the natural treats being sold near the checkout station as I never saw frog legs or rabbit ears in any pet store that I have been to. I asked Sara what would be a better treat and she went above and beyond by telling me their benefits. I went with the rabbit ear as she told me it would also be fun to watch them react to it due to my dogs' natural predatory instincts as I love to record their reactions to new things. The cheese bites were also picked up cause they reminded of the human cheese balls and thought it would be cute to see their reaction to having a dog friendly version. Our dogs loved their new treats so money well spent and thanks Sara for the suggestion!

She explained to us that everything in the store is at the dogs' level so they could experience the store as well. She was gracious in allowing our dog to sniff around and check everything out, and was very helpful in showing us the selection of leashes, including leashes made from recycled climbing rope, which I think is pretty cool. The employee was incredibly friendly to both the dog and the humans, and was generous with treats for our large-bread, even asking if the flavor was okay due to potential allergies. She even sent us off with a free sample bag of chicken treats. Overall, we had a great experience shopping here.

Just today, I took my dog walking, and they had a sign that said, " don't let your dogs urinate on the wall!" These people see most of the dogs that walk there but because their prices are SO high nobody wants to go there. SO I am guessing they are trying to punish dog owners for not shopping there by putting the sign on their window! They don't even know how to smile or wave at people there. Please all pet owners don't shop there till they take down the sign! Concerned Dog owner!

Their prices are better than any store within 50 miles! They carry goat tender & excel & swetlix which is what we use & most places have one of these items so we were going to multiple stores. The ladies inside are so wonderful & know when I come I'm usually on an ER run or I send someone with a list & they always make sure we get what we need. Warehouse staff turns over some BUT we always know they will figure it out & load us & are friendly.

I have been so distraught I could not say anything until now. You think you are going to hold them in your arms or you can at least pet them while they go away. No way! It takes too long and when they are gone the vet remarks that they are gone because they were ready to go. What a terrible thing to say to a grieving client who has to say goodbye to their beloved pet. My cat was not ready to go and was terrified by the way the vet and vet tech was holding him. I will never forget the look on his face when they gave him a sedative. Poor guy! I hope these people don't do that to your beloved pet. Take your pets to Olympia pet Emergency to be euthanized. The last time I was in there I took some quick pics with my cell phone and everyone I've showed them to has been appalled. They are overall very disorganized and one of the receptionists in paticular is overwhelmingly rude. I have had a couple of different tests done and you would think for $75. just in lab fees, they could at least call with the results. Nope, never heard from them. I had to call them after two WEEKS to find out the results of a two day test. I was told they had "forgotten" to call. They have several cats who reside in the office, which many clinics have, but even they don't look paticularly healthy. I happened to be in there on a Monday morning and the reception area/waiting room had hair all over the chairs, windows, and floor. Even the scale in the waiting room (which is plugged in to an extension cord) is covered in several layers of dust and muck. You would think if nothing else they would have the place cleaned over the weekend. Between the lack of cleanliness in the "public" areas and the bad smell I can't even imagine what filth is lurking behind the scenes. I would NEVER leave an animal in such unsanitary conditions - let alone allow them to preform surgery on it. I say YIKES, find somewhere else to go.
