Their location is very close to the Great Wolf lodge. Bryan was happy to show me the kennels upon request, Scott was kind enough to give us some tips on building our dog's confidence, and Gale was professional at all times. The presentation of the facility was clean, bright, and organized. The kennels are indoors with a platform that is attached to the wall. I can tell they spent a lot of time on their website as well, providing a plethora of info for you to indulge in should you have any questions. With that said, I do have some small qualms. I sent my dog's shot records as requested via email but I did not receive a confirmation of the receipt. When I called a couple days before our reservation to double check, I had learned that they did in fact receive my email but my dog did not have all his shot records present when I thought that he did. I was flustered at the thought of driving so far on the day of to potentially just getting rejected because we were missing information. Secondly, my dog definitely didn't use the potty enough. This may not have been at the fault of the trainers considering my guy probably held it in but he had thee longest pee of his life that I've ever seen after I picked him up. Since there's no knowing for sure how often supervision over potty breaks happen, my recommendation for all the first timers would be to not board your anxious dog. Overall we are satisfied with the experience.

Rather than force the dog to be groomed under such stressful circumstances they brought him out and asked if they should continue. Of course we took the dog home and he will go back another day. I'm switching groomers! I love that they cared about the dog and how he was feeling. My dog is my baby and I have been looking for a groomer that is sensitive with her. She explained to us that everything in the store is at the dogs' level so they could experience the store as well. She was gracious in allowing our dog to sniff around and check everything out, and was very helpful in showing us the selection of leashes, including leashes made from recycled climbing rope, which I think is pretty cool. The employee was incredibly friendly to both the dog and the humans, and was generous with treats for our large-bread, even asking if the flavor was okay due to potential allergies. She even sent us off with a free sample bag of chicken treats. Overall, we had a great experience shopping here.

I have taken my dogs here for years. It wasn't until yesterday I brought my 9 month old in for a…read morewash and nail trim. He went in fine. When I picked him up he was so eager to leave. I got him in the car and usually he is all over the back seat trying to get in the front seat. But this time he just laid on the seat. I got home and he wouldn't get out. So I had my husband come carry him in. That is when I noticed that he couldn't walk on his left paw. I called right away and they told me he did throw him self down. Told me to keep them informed about him. Well he couldn't even hardly stand. So we rushed him to the er vet and he had a sprain. So they put him on pain medicine and stuff to get the swelling down. I called this morning to tell them what happened. The owner got on and said it was my fault not theirs. I understand not wanting to take responsibility cause it would make you liable. I was looking for some accountability for what my dog is going thru. But the disrespect that owner showed with no compassion at all. You have lost my business and I am letting people I have sent there, know to not go there. Shame on the owner for being so rude!
