My sister and I made a quick stop in Zion on our road trip back to L.A., and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay than Zion Wildflower Resort. From the moment we checked in, Brian at the front desk made us feel right at home. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the yurts, which was spotless when we arrived. The yurt had its own private bathroom and shower, and we were conveniently close to the pool, spa area (which has a cozy fireplace in the center--so unique!), BBQs, and fire pits. The resort also has a selection of board games in the lobby that you can borrow to enjoy with friends or family. There's also a charming little café near the check-in area that added to the overall experience. The views of Utah at sunset were absolutely breathtaking, and the stargazing at night was incredible. The only thing worth noting is that our last night was quite windy, and the yurt was a bit noisy from the wind. But, hey, it's all part of being out in the beautiful wilderness--Mother Nature's soundtrack, if you will! read more

Hands down...5/5!!! We had the most wonderful stay at ZION WILDFLOWER RESORT in Virgin, which is located ~15 minutes to the Zion South Entrance. Our party of 6 and two fur babies stayed in a 3 Bed 1 Bath unit, which was facing the great lawn. A very convenient location to enjoy the picnic area and fire pit. A full-size bunk bed and King bed worked out perfectly. The sink and mirror were in the common area, while the shower and toilet were enclosed. Other amenities included a small fridge, microwave, heater/AC, front patio with rocking chairs, smores kit, and fabulous linens. Very clean and well designed for glamping! We love to visit Zion National Park often and will definitely stay at Zion Wildflower Resort in the future!! read more

I've stayed at Zipn Wildflower twice now : first back in November 2020 when they were just getting started. At that time, it was mainly bungalows, no pool, no yurts, still very early stages. Just came back this week after a 3-night stay with a group--3 families, 6 adults, and 4 kids and it's been really cool to see how much it's evolved. The location is solid, about a 15-20 minute drive to Zion National Park, which made getting in and out super easy. The bungalows are a great size, clean, comfortable, and well put together. Customer service was great the entire stay. One of the highlights was the vibe at night, hanging around the fire pits while the kids made s'mores... just a really good atmosphere overall. They also offered a late checkout option for $50, which extended checkout from 11am to 2pm, super convenient when you're traveling with a group and kids. Only reason I'm not giving it 4 stars is the lack of EV chargers. I've stayed at other spots nearby that offer charging, and it makes a big difference. The closest charger being about 20 minutes away is definitely inconvenient. Outside of that, it was a great stay and we'd come back again. read more

They only provide two washcloths...my friend used both and I was never able to get a replacement for myself to use during my stay. The shower is spacious and the water was hot. This property takes glamping to a new level. They offer on-site fire pits. And three types of accommodations. One is a chuck wagon. The other is a tent that is luxury style and then they also have Connex cabins. The cabins have private bathrooms. I noticed the people that stayed in the chalk wagon had to walk downhill to use the bathroom and shower in the public bathrooms. Depends how comfortable you are roughing it, but I wouldn't recommend the chuck wagon. The property was well kept in our accommodations were nice. The views at night at the stars were amazing. Highly recommend this property if you've never been clamping and you want to experience something different. For those who have furry family members, they're also dog friendly. read more

Zion Wildflower Resort is located about 20 minutes outside of Zion National Park toward the town of Hurricane. While it's not right at the park entrance, it is a truly unique resort and absolutely worth the extra few minutes of driving. They offer a variety of cool accommodations, including glamping tents, tiny houses, and covered wagons. We chose to stay in a wagon, and despite the weather throwing 40-degree temperatures and high winds at us, it was incredibly warm and cozy inside. The wagon is exceptionally well thought out and equipped with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, easily fitting a family of four. It also featured plenty of lights, outlets, a handy towel basket, and excellent AC/heating. The only downside of such a cold night was having to make the walk down the hill to the private bathrooms. However, the silver lining was getting to look up at an absolutely amazing night sky filled with millions of stars! For added convenience, there is an on-site coffee shop that sells breakfast items and sandwiches. In the evenings, they light up cozy campfires, and if you happen to visit on a warmer day, you can enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable stay near Zion! read more

We had a wonderful stay here! We booked the a bungalow (tiny home) and stayed for three nights, which did not feel enough to enjoy all the amenities and explore all of the surrounding areas. However, that was mainly due tot he reason - the snow has not fully melted, and some areas were closed and we traveled with our pup so there were restrictions for national parks! Amenities: common space area with pool, spacious grassy play or picnic area, common space with grill, small cafe for drinks and easy eats, board games & yoga mats to check out for use, a little s'mores kit available daily, fire pit for evening gatherings, and more! You also see the stars at night, which is uncommon for us living in the city, so that was so nice. The location is convenient - about a ten minute drive to Springdale and/or Hurricane the other direction! There are so many options to choose from - standard canvas tent, mesa tent, wagons, and bungalows. The wagon is a unique one, since I've never seen that before for glamping! The bungalows and the mesa tents have their own restrooms, which was what we wanted for this trip because we had my mother in law traveling with us. In the late night and early mornings, it can also be dark, cold and very windy, so we wanted to make it as easy as possible for everyone! Room was spacious and clean and no matter where you are situated, so you can get a beautiful view of the sunrise or sunset. We had a great time visiting with our pup! read more

By far the very best services and lodging I've ever experienced in my 59 yr life! I've been rustic camping and in very high end all inclusive lodging and on cruises. (Offering that as a comparison for not as a bragging about my travels). The communication from the resort prior to arrival was exceptional with caring touches like "safe travels" "enjoy your time at Bryce"....leaving the lights on upon arrival what a spectacular view of the Mesa tent site! Impressive! Also made it so easy to find the site at night! The amenities they offer like free s'mores kit, sticks, free ice, use of a cooler (free).....all scream we care about you and our focus is on creating a spectacular customer experience. We treat you like family-welcome to our home. Rather than you are someone we can make $$$ from (the typical service from many other lodging/resorts/cruises but NOT here!) The views were spectacular. Why drive to Zion to see a sunset when you have a view like this from Your private deck! The jacuzzi was fabulous. The pool was ice cold! ? Spring fed?? It was refreshing. The adorable kick boards for children-what a sweet touch! Location was exceptional as well. We highly recommend a stay here! We had been glamping before at different place not far from here. This is a unique getaway not far from the park. Games for kids and adults. There is a community pool and hot tub. You have the choice of also staying in a tent or wagon. I was intrigued by the cabin style design of their bungalows, as it would be perfect for our fur babies who were with us on the trip. The bungalows also provided a private toilet and shower, so this was another appealing factor to us as well. I like that they also have a porch so you can sit outside. I wish our front view from the porch wasn't just the unit in front of us, but I suppose it isn't bad if you're just out star gazing. The weather was rainy during our weekend, but it was still a lovely stay. I like how the staff provides you a s'more kit at check-in. Staff is really friendly. They have a small market of items to purchase but they are really overpriced. I did like the fact they have a café with a small menu. One night I opted to try their potato wedges. For $8 bucks, I thought they would be better but honestly very meh. I suppose for the convenience if you're really hungry and don't mind paying the price for items to microwave back at your unit, it's okay. I was told the café concept is new, so hopefully they add more to the menu. The rooftop seating is very desirable! The Zion Wildflower really is a family friendly place, but it is also peaceful. I like the concept but wish the location of units was more spread out. That's just me. Overall, a super cute glamping experience and really love it is dog friendly. read more

The whole experience from check in to check out was very good. We stayed in the upgraded tent and it had a/c, mini fridge and microwave; everything you'd expect in a hotel room. They gave out 8lbs of ice every day, they had outside games, board games, fire pit, pool, and just plenty of grassy area to relax. They also had bbq bits which makes good for a family. The employees were super helpful with all questions and didn't rush the process to allow us to ask questions about our stay. read more

Stayed here for one night in October 2022. Chose the covered wagon accommodation. It was great! Staff was friendly. Check in around 5pm. Wagon was spacious and clean. It even came with a Keurig coffee maker. The common area was wonderful. Lots of grills to grill your food, lots of games for kids to play. They had corn hole toss and a playground. There was even a performer, who sang and played the keyboard. He was absolutely amazing. You do get s'mores at the office to roast over the campfire. Went here with a few families for Thanksgiving break and it was such a delight. The cabins were clean and cozy, they had a bbq area to gather, fire pit, pool and jacuzzi, small snack store and bikes you can use. The location was close to many restaurants and many areas to explore. Upon check-in you are greeted with a s'more kit and they have free ice if needed, coolers you can borrow and they replace all the propane and charcoal. It's like outdoors meets resort! Definitely glamping! If I had a wishlist I would add a sink near the bbq area and a place to gather that is sheltered when it rains. But this is definitely a place I will visit again! read more

This is an awesome resort! The staff was extremely helpful as soon as we arrived (and even texted us before we got there), the pool and hot tub was amazing, especially after the long hikes we went on, and the fire pit was a must for the evenings each night with our s'mores kits. The resort was about 20 mins from the entrance from Mt. Zion but it was totally fine. We stayed right along the road did not seem to hear any noises or anything that bothered us at all. I would remind you that this is essentially "Glamping" so of course there could be a bug or two, we did not experience any of these issues and wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay at wildflower. Our stay was in a single king suite and everything was prefect! All of the furniture throughout was nice and clean and they also provided additional towels, even when we had the do not disturb up. Definitely a 10/10; but if you're looking for a typical hotel, you won't find it here, just a bunch of friendly people who enjoy being under the stars. read more

My husband and I stayed in April of 2024. The concept is great. The units are cute and have a wonderful view. Savannah in the office was very sweet and accommodating, Unfortunately the other office staff we dealt with were rude and seemed put out when being dealt with. They charged me for the stay and then a month later charged me again for the full amount. Even after showing proof of the 2nd charge they told me the 1st charge was just a "hold" and the 2nd was the actual charge... I had to get the credit card company involved to get my money back. read more

Wildflower is such a beautiful, peaceful, friendly environment that I absolutely adored. Our bungalow room was so fun and the staff were so sweet and had great amenities! When we planned our visit to Zion, we knew that we wanted to camp (glamp) for at least a night. We debated between staying at Wildflower or Under Canvas and ultimately decided on Wildflower because of the Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews. We were glad that we did! They have canvas tents, covered wagons, and small bungalows. We stayed in one of the canvas tents (#69, the tent with the best location and view in my opinion!) and we were happy to see that the interior was very clean. Not a speck of dirt or bugs anywhere. The tent was super spacious and had room for three beds, all equipped with their own heated blanket. There are lanterns provided as well as string lights that light up the entire tent when it gets dark. We brought headlamps because we thought it would be dark at night but they have lighted paths so we really didn't need to use them. We loved that each tent has their own patio area with rocking chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view. The heated blankets definitely came in handy at night because it was quite windy and cold. The bathrooms were a bit of a walk just because our tent was one of the furthest up the hill but we were also pleased to see that the bathrooms were heated, clean, and includes amenities such as shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer. They have a food truck that comes on the weekends but otherwise there is no food onsite. The front office has a microwave that's available for use as well as a coffee machine. There are a couple of communal fire pits, BBQ grills, seating, and games such as ping pong and corn hole that people can enjoy. A bag of ice and a s'mores kit are also included which is nice. One thing to note is that they don't provide cups or utensils inside the tent so if you plan on cooking onsite or having drinks, you will need to bring your own supplies. We had a great glamping experience at Wildflower and do not regret our choice. Location was convenient as well and only about 20 minutes from Springdale and the entrance to ZNP. Definitely will be recommending Wildflower to friends and family! read more

It was projected to be very cold during our stay, so we worried if this bungalow would be able to keep us warm enough. It did!! These were basically like staying in a luxury hotel room. The entire middle of the property is this beautiful little common area that was so relaxing and inviting. They even give you free ice and s'mores kits if you request. Like wow! 3 stars Deduced 2 stars for this business running things cheaply. Here is why: The cost of shooting stars bungalows is ~$249 a night and for what you get is super cute except the fact that the bathroom soaps/ shampoo/ conditioner don't squeeze out shampoo etc. And not only that their shower gel made my skin super itchy as well as my boyfriends. Cleaning: doggy cleaning, they cleaned our room 3 times during our 7 nights stay, and one time they didn't leave any toilet paper at all, we had to go down to the office to ask for more, the lady at the desk was not phased and didn't apologize for not giving us toilet paper. The wifi is really REALLY SLOW - it's needed when you are staying here for a long period of time and want to read a book on kindle or look for other hiking trails! S'mores: they give you one kit (packaged in a ziplock bag are a few marshmallows and some biscuits with small Hershey's). Forgot To mention shower: lol this is a funny story so the shower door doesn't stay closed because it looks like the doors weren't leveled a d because of the hill the bungalows are on, both doors roll to one side which was super annoying during shower when you don't want water to get out. We tied the door with the towel so it stays closed. Overall, we paid about 2K for our one week and we didn't think it was worth it based on their cleaning and the cheapness of the place, even though it's located ~30 mins away from Zion. In my opinion, this place caters more for instagramming than luxury (because it appears cute, but for staying is not the best). read more

Decided to stay here to be close to nature and experience relaxing and sleeping as close to outdoors as possible. Much to our surprise and disappointment, there was a wedding with extremely loud dj playing music that blasted through the entire resort. They were extremely loud past the 10pm curfew. The front desk staff was extremely unfriendly. When advising them of the loud noise past 10pm she said there is nothing they can do about it. I guess they don't care about their other paying guests, only the revenue from the wedding party. I would never recommend staying here, especially with such uncaring staff. Parking was decently close to the unit and the tent we stayed in was legit with heat, a full bathroom etc. Our water heater did happen to go out when we got home pretty late which was a bummer but the team fixed it the next day. I stayed here in May 2021 for my first glamping experience with two friends. We rented the tent which was just as cute in person as it looks in the photos. The tent itself is quite spacious. The beds are comfortable and the linens were clean. Having a private balcony was a really nice addition too. The downside is that during the evenings, strong winds blew on the tent and created extremely loud noises due to the canvas flapping. It was a little scary at some points but thankfully the tent remained secure. It made it difficult to sleep for the 2 nights where the winds were very strong. For this reason I would not recommend the tent but the bungalows. The reason I still give 4 stars is because everything else was great. The check in process was smooth, the bathrooms were always clean, the drive to the park was easy and the grounds of Wildflower were spacious and relaxing. The staff was helpful and friendly. We also met some fellow travelers at the fire pit and had good conversations. Even though the winds were wild, it wasn't enough to deter from our overall experience. It made it more memorable (but again if you're looking to book here I would 100% recommend the bungalows instead). read more

If it were all about location, view, and activities this would get a higher review but I must consider the actual living quarters. We booked one of the big Zion Mesa King Suites for my husband's birthday. Check in was a breeze and friendly but be aware they do hold a $50 incidental on your card for 7-10 days, which seems a bit excessive. The s'mores kit they gave us was adorable and we took full advantage of roasting marshmallows over the campfire that evening. I was so excited when we arrived at our tent as the view of Zion was gorgeous. Unfortunately the inside left something to be desired as the floors are cheap plywood which instantly gave me slivers. Also the tent side is not attached to the wall so there is a huge gap right by the toilet which is on the back side of the bed. Ewww. That wasn't even the worst things. It was nearly impossible to sleep as the squeaking, creaking, and groaning of the canvas and frame was insanely loud and annoying all night long. I'm so glad we were only there one night and got a deal from a silent auction. If I had paid over $300 for that like most people do, I would've been super pissed. read more
