The location is about 30mins drive from Zion's Visitor Center. The room was clean and comfortable. They only provide two washcloths...my friend used both and I was never able to get a replacement for myself to use during my stay. The shower is spacious and the water was hot. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and fire pit. The s'mores package is a nice touch!

This property takes glamping to a new level. They offer on-site fire pits. And three types of accommodations. One is a chuck wagon. The other is a tent that is luxury style and then they also have Connex cabins. The cabins have private bathrooms. I noticed the people that stayed in the chalk wagon had to walk downhill to use the bathroom and shower in the public bathrooms. Depends how comfortable you are roughing it, but I wouldn't recommend the chuck wagon. The property was well kept in our accommodations were nice. The views at night at the stars were amazing. Highly recommend this property if you've never been clamping and you want to experience something different. For those who have furry family members, they're also dog friendly.

Wagon inside

Zion Wildflower Resort is located about 20 minutes outside of Zion National Park toward the town of Hurricane. While it's not right at the park entrance, it is a truly unique resort and absolutely worth the extra few minutes of driving. They offer a variety of cool accommodations, including glamping tents, tiny houses, and covered wagons. We chose to stay in a wagon, and despite the weather throwing 40-degree temperatures and high winds at us, it was incredibly warm and cozy inside. The wagon is exceptionally well thought out and equipped with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, easily fitting a family of four. It also featured plenty of lights, outlets, a handy towel basket, and excellent AC/heating. The only downside of such a cold night was having to make the walk down the hill to the private bathrooms. However, the silver lining was getting to look up at an absolutely amazing night sky filled with millions of stars! For added convenience, there is an on-site coffee shop that sells breakfast items and sandwiches. In the evenings, they light up cozy campfires, and if you happen to visit on a warmer day, you can enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable stay near Zion!

Tent, clean and cool.

We were driving through and decided to try for a new experience. We were not disappointed. We arrived early evening so couldn't enjoy all of the amenities but they looked nice. The tent was cool, nice outdoor deck to eat and watch stars. Very clean. We would be open to visit again and stay for several days to truly enjoy the place and the nearby hikes.

If you want to be close to Zion but away from the crowds, you can't beat the Zion Wildflower Resort! Our room was comfy and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the views are incredible! The dark skies show off with more stars than I've ever seen. The s'mores making kit and nighttime campfires added to the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Nightly public s'mores roasting (free daily s'mores kit and sticks).

By far the very best services and lodging I've ever experienced in my 59 yr life! I've been rustic camping and in very high end all inclusive lodging and on cruises. (Offering that as a comparison for not as a bragging about my travels). The communication from the resort prior to arrival was exceptional with caring touches like "safe travels" "enjoy your time at Bryce"....leaving the lights on upon arrival what a spectacular view of the Mesa tent site! Impressive! Also made it so easy to find the site at night! The amenities they offer like free s'mores kit, sticks, free ice, use of a cooler (free).....all scream we care about you and our focus is on creating a spectacular customer experience. We treat you like family-welcome to our home. Rather than you are someone we can make $$$ from (the typical service from many other lodging/resorts/cruises but NOT here!) The views were spectacular. Why drive to Zion to see a sunset when you have a view like this from Your private deck! The jacuzzi was fabulous. The pool was ice cold! ? Spring fed?? It was refreshing. The adorable kick boards for children-what a sweet touch! Location was exceptional as well. We highly recommend a stay here! We do recommend to Wildflower instead of or in addition to site numbers (90,91....) why not name your sites: mountaintop, Daisy......and your roads "Take lavender lane to Rocky road"?

We had been glamping before at different place not far from here. This is a unique getaway not far from the park. Games for kids and adults. There is a community pool and hot tub. You have the choice of also staying in a tent or wagon. I was intrigued by the cabin style design of their bungalows, as it would be perfect for our fur babies who were with us on the trip. The bungalows also provided a private toilet and shower, so this was another appealing factor to us as well. I like that they also have a porch so you can sit outside. I wish our front view from the porch wasn't just the unit in front of us, but I suppose it isn't bad if you're just out star gazing. The weather was rainy during our weekend, but it was still a lovely stay. I like how the staff provides you a s'more kit at check-in. Staff is really friendly. They have a small market of items to purchase but they are really overpriced. I did like the fact they have a café with a small menu. One night I opted to try their potato wedges. For $8 bucks, I thought they would be better but honestly very meh. I suppose for the convenience if you're really hungry and don't mind paying the price for items to microwave back at your unit, it's okay. I was told the café concept is new, so hopefully they add more to the menu. The rooftop seating is very desirable! The Zion Wildflower really is a family friendly place, but it is also peaceful. I like the concept but wish the location of units was more spread out. That's just me. Overall, a super cute glamping experience and really love it is dog friendly.

Stayed in a tent that had two ac unit. Keep me nice and cool slept well. Had a mini refrigerator which helped in keeping my drinks and food cold. I was able just out in front of the room easy. Liked the pool and hot tub there were changing rooms. I liked was able to relax and enjoy the Zion natural views. That is why I came.

From start to finish our quick stay here before Zion was magical. The grounds pool and hot-tub are spotless and everything is new modern and beautiful. They thought of every little detail here. Free ice and smores kit and a small cafe inside the lobby. The staff were so nice and helpful and efficient. Plenty for kids to do my son was never bored even without a tv. I highly recommend this place as a quiet family friendly spot to stay before a trip to Zion.

Very comfortable and fully equipped tents. Comforts similar to a hotel, but with much more including a deck facing beautiful views, a green area a with covered are for cooking on three nice gas grills, swimming pool. Cons: A lot of road noise Need shade around the pool Neighbouring tents may leave their patio cafe lights on all night which diminishes the views and brings light into your tent while trying to sleep.

Stayed here for one night in October 2022. Chose the covered wagon accommodation. It was great! Staff was friendly. Check in around 5pm. Wagon was spacious and clean. It even came with a Keurig coffee maker. The common area was wonderful. Lots of grills to grill your food, lots of games for kids to play. They had corn hole toss and a playground. There was even a performer, who sang and played the keyboard. He was absolutely amazing. You do get s'mores at the office to roast over the campfire. Just a wonderful experience overall and I will be recommending this place to others.

This is an awesome resort! The staff was extremely helpful as soon as we arrived (and even texted us before we got there), the pool and hot tub was amazing, especially after the long hikes we went on, and the fire pit was a must for the evenings each night with our s'mores kits. The resort was about 20 mins from the entrance from Mt. Zion but it was totally fine. We stayed right along the road did not seem to hear any noises or anything that bothered us at all. I would remind you that this is essentially "Glamping" so of course there could be a bug or two, we did not experience any of these issues and wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay at wildflower. Our stay was in a single king suite and everything was prefect! All of the furniture throughout was nice and clean and they also provided additional towels, even when we had the do not disturb up. Definitely a 10/10; but if you're looking for a typical hotel, you won't find it here, just a bunch of friendly people who enjoy being under the stars.

It's an easy drive but yes a tiny bit bumpy. That only adds to the actual location. We actually really liked its remote nature. It's not in the hustle and bustle of town. We laid out on it at night and could not get over what a cool experience that alone was. Decor is top notch. The privacy of each unit was actually incredibly comfortable. The ac is fantastic. Getting to stargazer 2 was easy but possibly challenging for those with mobility challenges in regards to stairs. The jacuzzi and fire pit were so fun. Oh and the smores kit was such a nice touch as well as the welcome basket. We travel a lot and this place has it dialed in. Truly. Cold waters in the fridge upon arrival - ahhhh. So what would I add - a wellness spa for massages, on site morning yoga, sound bathing, etc.... I might add a very modern pool or one that incorporates nature. Lastly I'd recommend a type of gnat spray provided to guests. At dawn and sunset they are incredibly active. Overall this place is nothing short of incredible and its founders should be very proud of what they have created. The effort in creating Open Sky is very much noticed. Sharing nature in this way is a huge gift and this place is truly something special!

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and down to earth. They all seemed like they enjoyed being there. The food was great and live music during dinner was really nice. After dinner there are unlimited smores around the fire, which was a lot of fun. I also enjoyed the selection of local beers. It was fun to talk to other people at the fire and hear about their experiences at the park. The tent itself was beautiful. We got a stargazer tent and I wasn't sure whether the plastic viewer window above the bed would be worth it, but it was actually really enjoyable to be able to look up at the stars all night. The plastic was very clean, so the view was perfect. Our tent had a bathroom and shower inside, and the whole setup was really nice. We only stayed one night and I wish we had stayed longer because it was a really nice experience. The only drawback is that you can't take food into your tent and there is no refrigerator. For a place that markets itself as a premium "glamping" experience, this is completely unacceptable. The inside of the tent was also dusty and did not feel clean or well-maintained at all. Another major issue was the noise. Although the property states quiet hours start at 10 PM, there were multiple vehicles driving through the camp between 11 PM and 1 AM. The noise was loud and constant, which completely ruined the atmosphere and made it hard to sleep. The front desk service was also not helpful when we raised concerns. Overall, the experience felt very different from what is advertised in the photos. For this price point, the quality, cleanliness, and service were far below expectations. Definitely not worth it.

Our room was on the ground floor with two queen beds, a beautiful view across the parking lot of the red rocks and easy access to and from the parking lot (which was much appreciated since it was super cold and started to flurry overnight and into the next day). The room itself was spacious and clean, the fridge worked really well (almost TOO well - it froze our drinks!), everything was well stocked. We utilized the jacuzzi one evening despite it being in the 30s, which was clean and relaxing after a long day of travel and hiking around. The only drawback we experienced during our stay was regarding the breakfast situations during the two mornings we were there. Apparently there was an emergency floor repair in the kitchen which meant they were unable to access it to prepare the continental spread that Hampton Inn is so well-known for. Instead, each morning there were stacks of brown takeaway boxes pre-filled with different food selections, which were displayed at the front of the dining room, but the boxes were not clearly marked so people were having to open them to examine the contents of each box. The staff members were absolutely not to blame - they were running around the dining room constantly, checking on guests and seeing what they could bring out from the back to ensure everyone had what they wanted and needed. For kids, they were running back and finding cold cereal, juices, etc. If there was a vegetarian, they were finding options (i.e. frozen potato and egg breakfast burritos) for them, too. They had brought in extra microwaves to accommodate everyone having to warm their own food. I heard a few guests grumbling but the staff remained warm and friendly. One staff member in particular, Annette, deserves special recognition. She was answering everyone's questions, letting them know the repair was unfortunately expected to take 3 weeks, and that they were only 2 days into their new "routine" so they only expected it to get better and run smoother as they got into their rhythm. When our 6-year-old decided she didn't like anything on offer one of the mornings and was getting antsy, Annette walked her over to the front desk and let her pick out a coloring book to keep her occupied while mom and dad finished their breakfasts. Thank you, Annette, for helping us keep our sanity! Overall, you just can't beat the value for the price, the proximity to the Park and everything else there is to see in Springdale and Zion. We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely stay again.
