It's an easy drive but yes a tiny bit bumpy. That only adds to the actual location. We actually really liked its remote nature. It's not in the hustle and bustle of town. Everyone at check in was so so kind. We loved our stay. We stayed in stargazer two and the mesh stargazing area is incredible. We laid out on it at night and could not get over what a cool experience that alone was. Decor is top notch. The privacy of each unit was actually incredibly comfortable. The ac is fantastic. Getting to stargazer 2 was easy but possibly challenging for those with mobility challenges in regards to stairs. The jacuzzi and fire pit were so fun. Oh and the smores kit was such a nice touch as well as the welcome basket. We travel a lot and this place has it dialed in. Truly. Cold waters in the fridge upon arrival - ahhhh. So what would I add - a wellness spa for massages, on site morning yoga, sound bathing, etc.... I might add a very modern pool or one that incorporates nature. Lastly I'd recommend a type of gnat spray provided to guests. At dawn and sunset they are incredibly active. Overall this place is nothing short of incredible and its founders should be very proud of what they have created. The effort in creating Open Sky is very much noticed. Sharing nature in this way is a huge gift and this place is truly something special!

The sunsets were marvelous. That unparalleled view alone would have gotten our highest review, and it certainly left a permanent memory (with photos!). Inside, we found more than we needed or expected: a full kitchen (with refrigerator, stove, coffe maker--including coffee, sugar, and lots else), dining table, bar chairs, sofa, bathroom, spacious bedroom (with WiFi, TV, streaming services, CD player, etc.), a very comfortable bed, a selection of books, even a wall-sized map of the U.S... topped by very original artwork! A week ago we noticed the confirmation gave instructions for the tent site at Zion West Ranch. The apartment flat is located in Hurricane, so we were curious if we had to go to the ranch to gain access to the flat in Hurricane. Then the nightmare began. We both called and sent a text to the contact number in the confirmation and no response. A day passed. I contacted Zion West Ranch hoping they could get me in touch with someone. They replied they are not affiliated with moonlightoasis but forwarded my email to the owner of moonlightoasis, Heather Braden. No response. In the past four days my wife and I have emailed, texted, and called this contact multiple times with no response. We are scheduled to arrive there in 3 days as I write this. We were not given an address to the apartment flat or info on where to meet. It just says to text on arrival. Currently we have still not had any response from this person/business. I have done my homework last few days. Heather Braden is a professional model. The business phone is the same as the phone listed on her personal website. It is a New York number, same as the Zion West Ranch contact. Their website showed a google map of the apartment flat without an address, but Google Maps gave me an address of 389 N 1580 W in Hurricane Utah. If you search that address and name in Hurricane first hist is the Hurricane Business website, showing that the property belongs to her at that address and the business license is expired. The name of the business is La Victoria LLC. Airbnb's website reviews of moonlightoasis have a person named Erica Victoria as the host. Coincidence? Not likely. Since we cannot contact anyone for a refund we have already started to contest the payment with our credit card company. I am writing this to hope others can avoid this terrible website scam. The website prices appear too good to be true, and it is. Ironically, the only thing this business appears to respond to is comments on this site.
