I like this lodge, it's really nice and comfortable and clean n' cozy. It's very convenient to Zion National Park and next to the FREE Bus Shuttle stop too. The staff are nice here and they have a hotel lobby area with free orange juice and apple juice as well as some hot beverages. They also have a microwave and seating area to use too. The hotel lobby also has a unique museum to tour too. Parking is easy and the rooms are easy to access.

Absolutely love our stay here. We have stayed here several times over the years and every time has been great. The views are spectacular and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

A late night drive through on a cross country road trip with my friend and we pulled in here. We realized the room was beautiful and cozy but didn't know the view we had until we woke up the next morning. I'll definitely be back

We stayed here for two nights. Hot tub and pool are outside but were open when we went in March timeframe. This has its own giftshop and steakhouse in it. (Dont forget to ask for your 10% at both places as hotel guests) But no free breakfast. Also no microwaves in the rooms so be prepared to walk to the main building to warm up your food. But there is a shuttle stop across the street that takes you into town. This hotel is a little outside the small town of Springdale, but if you like a peaceful relaxing environment then this hotel is right for you. It really has a nice view, and the rooms are clean and good sized with a balcony in each room. Housekeeper Colleen was awesome, we had a do not disturb sign on the door and she was still kind enough to leave a bag of extra towels and essentials for us at our door.

Overall, the experience here was pretty good. Didn't see any bugs, and I slept well at night. There is a shuttle stop across the street that takes you to the entrance of Zion National Park which is very convenient. The view from the room is outstanding and all the rooms have balconies. There is also a pool and hot tub available to hotel guests. My only complaint is that they skipped my room one day and did not make the bed and clean up. When I went to the office, they said I may have left the do not disturb sign on. I know that was not the case, but nevertheless, it is not the end of the world. You are slightly further away from some of the restaurants, but it's just a 5 minute drive away. Recommend staying here if you are visiting Zion.

Amazing view, rustic/quaint ambiance without skimping on the important necessities. I booked over the phone last minute and the process was painless. The night worker in the lobby was professional. I stayed in room 301, king bed with a beautiful porch view. The room was spacious with all of the necessities. The bed was clean and comfortable. However, there were weird noises throughout the night including what I could only describe as pipes creaking, it woke me up several times. Check out was quick and painless. This place advertises a restaurant with a breakfast menu on their website but the restaurant wasn't open a 945 when I checked out. -1 Star for weird noises and breakfast advertised but not available. All in all a great experience, I would recommend this place to other travelers, just maybe a quieter room.

The views are certainly majestic! There is a lot about this lodge that I liked and just a couple I didn't. Likes: clean, comfortable, great service, every room has a balcony with fantastic views, the shuttle to Zion National Park stops across the street, otherwise still a short and quick drive to the park, 10% discount on food and shopping. Dislikes: the drains in my room were clogged, there were bugs (not sure what they were but nothing major) inside the room, no microwave, restaurant is pretty bad in a town that offers exceptional food. Would stay again.

Spent a night here and it was fantastic. We came a bit after 12 and all lights were off. We were a bit confused at where we needed to go to check in. The front desk doors and everything was closed. When trying to open the doors, it was locked. I was a bit startled when a guy pop out of no where to open the door and check us in. The rooms here is very big and the beds was super comfortable. Our room had a balcony area that had the best view every of the mountains. The bathroom was also very huge and you get a lot of towels. the towels with the blue strips are for the swimming pool. We did struggle a bit to turn on the lights. Apparently you would need to turn to knob and then press it down. Then if the lights were too bright for you you can adjust the brightness. The shower head pressure was a bit strong. It was standing under a waterfall with strong water droplets giving an intense massage. I guess it would have been more comfortable if you took a shower after a hike or something. The restaurant here served decent breakfasts. There was only one staff here, and also it was empty. It was kind of like we booked the entire restaurant for a private breakfast. The overall staff wasn't too friendly and kind of treated us like if we were dumb. The rooms were fantastic. I guess there was some perks to bad staff members.

The views are in fact, majestic. The staff is friendly, attentive, and do a great job. The views are incredible, they have a wild life museum, large gift shop, and a decent restaurant attached to the main lobby. I had a room across the street on the lower level and though well appointed, had a great view, and everything was very nice about it. I would leave a strong 4 star rating however wish I could leave a 3.5 star rating because my room had a strong musty smell and I could hear my neighbors clearly all night. Their television and their bathroom trips clearly attenuated through the shared door and walls all night, more than usual compared to other motels I've stayed in. We had breakfast and the restaurant and it was decent. They also have wifi and plenty of parking. There is also a shuttle that goes into Springdale right in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

Had a nice stay here during our spring break trip. Rooms have a rustic decor but are comfortable and you certainly can't beat the view! Our room was in the front, facing the street but since the property is elevated on a hillside above the road, we didn't hear traffic or noise. People working the front desk and the gift shop were nice. This is the farthest hotel from the park entrance, but that didn't bother us and we preferred the rates here vs. others we looked at. Plus, the park shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel. Overall, it's a nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, solid service and amazing views.

Hotel view was absolutely beautiful.

We loved this hotel. It is one of the first hotels along the road when your heading to Zion National Park. We liked that the hotel was not too close to some of the other hotels and stores. Staying at Majestic View felt more private, which was nice. When we checked in, the receptionist was nice, and she gave us a map showing us where our room is. We were also told that we would get a 10% discount for the gift shop and restaurant since we were guests. We were put on the second floor of one of the buildings, and we really liked the room. Everything was made out of wood; from the dresser to the mirror frames. The best thing about this room was the incredible view. We were able to view the beautiful canyons during the day time, and a full moon display at night. We also enjoyed our time at Zion National Park, so we definitely would love to come back to this hotel.

Great view from our room, staff is super friendly. The room was super adorable and comfy and close to Zion Park.

One of the most beautiful and conveniently closest hotels to the entrance of Zion…read more I've stayed here twice now, and there's a specific room type I keep coming back to: the Riverside Grand View Bedroom Suite. At 500 sq. ft, it feels spacious and serene, with a sitting area over looking the river below, blackout drapes, soaking tub, seperate walk-in shower, pillow-top mattress, workplace, and a 55" TV that my man really appreciates. But the best part is the large private balcony with seating and a direct view of The Watchman, one of Zion's most iconic peaks. Sunrises and sunsets from here are epic. Your stay includes, wifi, parking, year-round access to the outdoor pools and hot tubs, fire pits, fitness center, bathrobes and slippers, ac/heat, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and fresh coffee each morning near the lobby. On-site you'll also find a restaurant by the name of Anthera, and a spa, both of which I recommend. With 53 rooms, the property doesn't feel like just another standard hotel. What truly sets it apart though, is what lies just behind it, the lush riverside gardens. Ending your day sitting by the river, listening to the water move past as your thoughts quiet and your whole body softens. In the morning expect to see a lot of deer grazing in the grass areas. It's genuinely spellbinding. If the restaurant on property doesn't interest you there are other walkable options nearby and this property does not allow pets. Breakfast is available for an additional fee.

The pool and hot tub area are fantastic, especially after a long day of hiking. You really can't beat the location, it's just minutes from the park entrance, so it's easy to walk or take the shuttle. Everything about our stay was top-notch. We can't wait to come back.

Denise Wood, the General Manager has assembled a staff that rivals any high priced resort. The staff went out of its way to ensure our comfort, especially at the front desk who helped with our early check-in. Our room was modern, spacious, quiet and clean. First impressions…read morewere great - we were checked in at the front desk by the charismatic "Mr. Rock n Roll" who got us all squared away and asked if we needed any recommendations for anything in the area, provided us a map dotted with local eateries and general directions to and around the Park. Our room was on the ground floor with two queen beds, a beautiful view across the parking lot of the red rocks and easy access to and from the parking lot (which was much appreciated since it was super cold and started to flurry overnight and into the next day). The room itself was spacious and clean, the fridge worked really well (almost TOO well - it froze our drinks!), everything was well stocked. We utilized the jacuzzi one evening despite it being in the 30s, which was clean and relaxing after a long day of travel and hiking around. The only drawback we experienced during our stay was regarding the breakfast situations during the two mornings we were there. Apparently there was an emergency floor repair in the kitchen which meant they were unable to access it to prepare the continental spread that Hampton Inn is so well-known for. Instead, each morning there were stacks of brown takeaway boxes pre-filled with different food selections, which were displayed at the front of the dining room, but the boxes were not clearly marked so people were having to open them to examine the contents of each box. The staff members were absolutely not to blame - they were running around the dining room constantly, checking on guests and seeing what they could bring out from the back to ensure everyone had what they wanted and needed. For kids, they were running back and finding cold cereal, juices, etc. If there was a vegetarian, they were finding options (i.e. frozen potato and egg breakfast burritos) for them, too. They had brought in extra microwaves to accommodate everyone having to warm their own food. I heard a few guests grumbling but the staff remained warm and friendly. One staff member in particular, Annette, deserves special recognition. She was answering everyone's questions, letting them know the repair was unfortunately expected to take 3 weeks, and that they were only 2 days into their new "routine" so they only expected it to get better and run smoother as they got into their rhythm. When our 6-year-old decided she didn't like anything on offer one of the mornings and was getting antsy, Annette walked her over to the front desk and let her pick out a coloring book to keep her occupied while mom and dad finished their breakfasts. Thank you, Annette, for helping us keep our sanity! Overall, you just can't beat the value for the price, the proximity to the Park and everything else there is to see in Springdale and Zion. We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely stay again.

Located a 3 minute drive from Zion National Park or a short, free shuttle ride to the park (stop #4…read more- stop across the street to the park). You could get on the shuttle stop to the left of the hotel to go further down the main street if you didn't want to walk. At check-in, they gave us a big sheet of helpful information showing us the town and the park shuttle stops. Springdale is very convenient, you can walk to several other restaurants and stores from the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious quiet and had a wonderful balcony with two chairs and a table to sit and admire the incredible mountain view. The room has a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a really nice Keurig coffee maker (modern, made coffee quickly), generic Keurig coffee cups, and a couch with a large open area and a separate TV (another by the bed). There was a long bench which was nice for my husband's bigger suitcase and a luggage rack. The bathroom was compact. My knee was about 2" from the open door. There was enough sink counter space. When you shower, make sure the doors are positioned so the one by the shower head closes completely touches the wall. My husband had the other one which didn't touch the wall, and the water flowed between the doors and was flooding the floor. We declined daily housekeeping with our Do Not Disturb sign, and Housekeeping put a plastic bin of bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and a new roll of toilet paper by our door. First hotel where I have ever seen this! As a woman who feels anxiety when there is no spare toilet paper and the one on the wall is getting small, this was greatly appreciated! There are several units of rooms, so you have to walk outside for breakfast. We were in room 231, B unit on the corner. Stairs on one side and an elevator on the other side of the building. Behind it is the pool and hot tub. The water felt really cool in April, and the hot tub more warm than hot. A family with small kids was playing in it. Pool is open 7 am - 10 pm. There are outdoor firepits and a laundry building (24 hrs). The breakfast had scrambled eggs, one type of breakfast meat, and hash brown potatoes that were heavily peppered. The first morning, they were mostly black with pepper. That was the main drawback for me. Breakfast is 6 am - 10 am. Maintenance came after 1 pm the next day, like I requested to address water that had been trickling out of our shower. He tightened the shower head and showed not to tighten the turn-off knob too much (which I also had found out the previous night). Very nice person. End of April 2026, we paid $316/night or $362.48 with taxes/night.
