Organization seems like the most important quality in an event planner and Ana has it in spades. She is efficient and punctual. As a wedding florist I had the pleasure of working with Ana for a wedding at Sharon Mills last season. When I arrived (2 hours before the ceremony) Everything else was already done.. Linens glassware and favors were set, Bride and maids were dressed with perfect hair. Groomsmen were in attendance and sober. This kind of preparedness is unusual and I'm sure it was due in no small part to Ana

I would highly recommend them for anything you need. Despite being a little pricy, it was well worth the expense.

After a long wait, I finally received a response on October 29 apologizing for the delay and confirming my date was available. They asked me to schedule a call through their portal to discuss details, which I did for November 4. Unfortunately, they did not show up for the call. They eventually connected with me later that day, and I sent inspiration photos to help with planning. After that, I heard nothing until January 16, 2026, when Katie messaged me asking if I had seen her proposal. She apologized for the lack of follow-up and said she would resend it if needed. I informed her that I had not received the proposal in my spam or portal, and she promised to resend it the next day. However, by January 17, I still had not received anything. I followed up again on March 1, 2026, hoping for some progress. Despite the ongoing communication issues, I was drawn to their work because of the beautiful photos and event space they showcased on Instagram. I really wanted to use their services. On March 2, I finally received a response from Stephen, who explained Katie was attending a conference but assured me I would get the proposal within a few days, no later than the end of that week. Now, 20 days later, I have received no proposal and no further follow-up. I am left with no choice but to look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot comment on their food or event space because I was never able to utilize their services. I want to support local small businesses, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

She has an incredibly strong network in southeast Michigan, she knows the best vendors at every price point and knows how to get them all working in harmony. She has the answers to all the little questions you'd spend hours to try and figure out on your own (What's a fair price for vendor x? At what stage should we focus on this? How should we design the schedule of our wedding day?) She also has a wonderful eye for design. She helped us think through how the color scheme, flowers, linens, and stationery would come together, and the result was even more beautiful than we imagined. On our wedding day we and our families were truly able to enjoy the ride. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Kaeli's team worked from first thing in the morning to the end of the night. Katie and I not having to think about a single logistical detail made the day so blissful. If you're planning a wedding in southeast Michigan and are thinking about going with a planner, just reach out to Kaeli. She'll take care of you and you'll thank yourself a thousand times over!

She sent us an invoice the day before the wedding and charged us 30% over our initial contract and said the payment needed to be completed before wedding day setup. During the wedding, she handled and broke one of our décor items (worth $300) and did not tell us about it until I inquired about it the day after the wedding - she also refused to compensate us for the item. She was responsible for coordinating with our venue for setup and there were not enough chairs for our guests during the ceremony and our head table was also one seat short. Finally, after giving her feedback about our experience, she stated extra charges and labor were on the invoice due to my "indecision" and she asked us not to post a negative review in exchange for her refunding us $300 (less than a 1/3 of her additional, day-before invoice). She was never asked to put in additional hours and took it upon herself to draft a seating chart two months before the wedding when we had no idea what our actual guest count would be. While there were pieces of the wedding that went smoothly, Kaeli lacked the professionalism and communication needed to make this a positive experience. Needless to say, we did not accept her offer and wanted to post this in hopes of preventing anything like this from happening again - we would never want anyone to go through what we went through.
