I have been shoping at D&B for a long time and I have never seen such poor quality in there…read moreclothing choices I dont know if they are just buying cheaper end of the ariat men's jeans or if its just there way of making money but when I spend almost $200 on 2 pairs of jeans that do not even last 2 weeks of casual wear and they telm me that its not there fault and they cant fo anything at all to help me except sell me another pair of expensive jeans that are going to rip rite out.. they should be able to send them in to the company and get some sort of reimbursement for me or have them send me something to make this rite I cant understand where coustomer service has gone wrong and made the coustomer feel like they have to pay a top price and if the product fails its so sad too bad. I have lost faith in D&B as a friendly coustomer service store to shop at , when I spend that kind of money I expect what I buy to last at least more then 2 or 3 weeks. So if you dont mind having extra jeans to use for rags and throwing your money away then by all means go get your self some aria jeans from D&B in lagrande Or,

This is ONE OF THOSE JOINTS. Ya know, the place where the guys and dolls (the guys are all…read morehandsome and the gals are all gorgeous) who work their butts off have a passion for their labor. They make time to stop and help yas. Doing the extra step is just a way of life in this store. Behind the ol' eight ball trying to figure out what will work for this or that? Drop in. No bunk here, just solutions. I've nevah, evah been treated poorly here. They have good fair prices, lots of "stuff" and they're knowledgeable about what they sell. Could you ask for more? Of course not. There are lots of D&B stores ya mugs but this one is my favorite. It's the best of the crop. Don't believe me? Get in there, look around, chat up ANY of the staff, see for yourself. Dough well spent. I stop in whenever I'm in town. If you say "Yo, Hammer sent me" they won't know what the heck you're talking about .. so DO THAT .. just for fun!

Extraordinary help today from Alan and Simon at the La Grande Ace Hardware. I had a ski boot with a…read moredamaged buckle and these guys went over and above the call of duty to help me figure out a solution. I'm very grateful. Great service.

I buys a few gats, that's no secret. A few weeks back I buys a Ruger rifle here. Takes a week or…read moreso to get it cause it's a special order. Mama always said I was special. The rifle shows up, I pays for it and goes to see if it will go bang. It does a time or two then it pukes out it's own extractor. I brings it back to ACE and asks to get my money back. She says they don't do that and it says that right on my receipt. I can come in next week and talk to the manager if I want to or they'll mail the rifle to the idiots who built it at Ruger for me next week. (that means I have to pay for another background check if it ever comes back). This isn't something I picked up at a yard sale, it's a brand new Ruger rifle. I takes the POS to a local riflesmith, I bought it to shoot it after all, not have it in transit for days and days. He fixes it in one day for me, back I goes to the range where this Ruger junk pukes it's extractor again. My riflesmith says send it back to the factory it's got some serious problems. I decides that this Ruger like the previous Ruger I bought brand new is more useful as yard art than shooting ammo and determines I can cut it into pieces and weld it to a frame and hammer it in my front yard. The folks at The Oregon Trail Trader where I usually shop convince me they will send it back to Ruger, have it repaired etc. I does that. It came back today. I traded it to them, lost a bundle on magazines, ammo, scope, parts and accessories I had purchased for it. Here's the bottom line, If I had purchased it from The Trader they would have given my money back when I came back with it, or given me another rifle. No hassles about either. They absolutely would have resolved this defective gun immediately to my satisfaction. I've had that happen in the past here. Even Wal Mart will give your money back on junk you buy there if you take it back. Here's the real bottom line. If you're shopping for firearms go to The Oregon Trail Trader where Customer Service is the order of the day everyday. And if you're thinking about anything built by Ruger, just say NO!
