I wasn't looking for freebies, but I couldn't afford the other guy's quote. Rachelle, the employee there that fixed my hats, did it for $20 apiece and did a phenomenal job - I couldn't be happier. She even fixed me a new hat band to replace the one that the competitor crumpled up and tossed at me across the table. After chatting some more and explaining all we had tried, he popped the fuse panel and pulled the 30a fuse and it was blown. ( It of course was the one fuse we didn't have a spare) He replaced the fuse and we were back in business!!
