They have everything you'd want clothing wise from the Pendleton perspective. They do have a seconds room, where you can get discounted blankets. Very clean, super friendly staff and store is so nice. Plenty of parking and an area for dogs. Super clean bathrooms. Great stop while visiting. They do give tours during the week (mom-fri) but there is a nice history display in the back of the store with lots to look at and read.

Too amazing. Absolutely wonderful American business based on authentic native blanket weaving. Tours have resumed. Attended at 11 a.m. today. A must see.

Pendleton made in China?! So sad...

Disappointed! No tours! We based our RV travel through Oregon on visiting the Pendleton Woolen Mills / store. I did not see online where the Mills tour has been canceled since Covid. My issues; 1- Pendleton items made in CHINA!Very few things made in the good ol' USA. 2- You are required to wear a mask. We have been vaccinated and 90% of the places we've been during our 4,700 mile trip are mask free, following CDC guidelines. 3- No Mill tour! 4- Limited sale items. Some of the shirts such as the classic surf shirt that my Dad wore in the 60's ( and I wore in high school and after) are $149! Some coats are well over $300. 5- The staff couldn't care less. I spoke to about 4 people. This is supposed to be a flagship store, one of the largest yet they had limited inventory. The Pendleton store in Jackson, WY had a much larger selection including pet wear. So so disappointed.

Pendleton has been in business for 100 years in this area starting with trade blankets in collaboration with local tribes. The history and quality is epic. At this location there are deals due to a spot or irregulars. It is a must see in this area.

I enjoyed browsing the store. Due to covid no tours were running. It would have been nice to see more but without the tour, a visit here is just your average shopping experience in a Pendleton shop, which may not be worth the detour

This is my first time in this particular Pendleton stores, but I have been to others before. I thought the store was great! They did a great job of showcasing all of their goods and there are all sorts of items from their famous blankets, to clothes, books, puzzles and stickers. Also they had a huge room with discounted item! We'll definitely be back next time we are in Pendleton, OR.

Get prepared, it's expensive inside... one shirt, 249 dollars two pairs of buffalo socks, 49 dollars one hat, 119 dollars the warmth from Pendleton Wool...PRICELESS

It turns out that "second" blankets are simply surged, not finished in the same way as a blanket without flaws.

I first thought it was like a grocery store, but it turned out to be a mega discount store. We did find a desk fan here, and we also found many interesting items here. Generally, the electronic products are not the latest models previous models that still work great. The price is also very good. They have pretty much everything from clothing to electronics, from food to skin care products, from furniture to sporting goods, and whatever you can think of. It's more like a Target or Walmart. It looks like they do sell membership so that you can get a even better deal. I didn't join since I don't usually go to Walla Walla. The store is clean though the interior design looks old. If you are looking for something, you probably should try from this store. It's likely you will be able to get a good deal here. If your kids are going to school in Walla Walla, this is definitely a good place for your to shop for the dorm. The service was fine. There's a lady at the entrance greeting when you come in. The staff normally let us have our own space and time unless we walk to them for help. My experience has been very positive here.

Gone are the days of dropping off your bag and moving on with your life. Now? You get three clunky, painfully slow machines out front--each one only accepting ONE specific type of item (bottles, cans, or glass). You're now expected to stand there like a robot, feeding in cans one by one, with a 30-second delay between each, while the machine loudly rejects half of them anyway. Let's be clear: this isn't about "efficiency." It's a greedy move designed to make the process so annoying that customers just give up--like I did, with a full bag and only $4 processed. Bi-Mart still gets to say they "offer redemption," but they've made it as frustrating as legally possible. They've taken a service that worked and replaced it with something utterly unusable--not to serve you, but to save themselves money. It's cynical, lazy, and disrespectful to the people who have supported this store for decades. Bi-Mart used to stand for community and convenience. Now it stands for cutting corners and hoping you won't notice. Well--I noticed. And I'm done.

So here I am again with some stuff to say about this store. Not the store workers really, more the LACK of effective management. The corporate "bunk" they puke out is NOT to be believed. Awhile back I dealt with some old snag broad who called herself a Customer Service Representative. She had NO clue what Wal Mart store policy was, she was unfriendly and inept. She seemed to think it a cinch she could make me out as a dumb bunny. Her boss came at my request and put her bim butt in line. Saved me the trouble. So says I .. maybe they got a decent boss who simply needs to fire an old dumb twist. Last night on my way home I came to figure they still have miles to go. My sweet tooth was ach'in ya see. I had a cup of joe in the heap so stopped in for a sweet treat for the road. It was late and dark, a snowy cold night, scary out for straights, shadows everyplace, scary sounds and strange lights, you know the kind of night, barely fit for man or beast. Ok I made that shit up but it was late and dark and spitt'in snow. So I picked up some cookies at the grocery end of this big ass store. I'm no clout ya see. But when I went to give up the fin for the cookies the only check stand open was at the other frigg'in side of the joint where they keep the doors locked after dark from fear I suppose. It was dark out after all and there listing port to starboard was a line of soccer moms as far as the eye could see wait'in in line. Each one of em had a cart stuffed to the brim. I tossed the cookies on a DVD display and went on down the road. If you think this is just a daisy and management doesn't need a little chin music with their java to help em wake up and figure things out, best you close your head if you see me shopp'in. I mean if you don't have any cookies. I can sometimes be bought off with em.
