I had been warned that Generac…read morehad a terrible warranty but I thought for sure the contractors that service them wouldn't stand by a company that shipped bad products. Well, I'm sorry to say that I was wrong. The contractor Generac gave us took $350 dollars, waited two weeks for the service call because they wanted the money up front. Then when they finally showed up they made up the flimsiest reasons why they wouldn't repair the generator under warranty. In fact, they won't work on it at all unless I pay them more. Our Generac was faulty from the factory, and this company seems to be ok with that. I ended up fixing it myself.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and punctual. The team was able to figure out a clean , simple solution for our specific setup, which was complicated by a number of factors. The two electricians who came out went above and beyond in that they helped seal up some cracks in my garage and even topped up the oil in our generator. Many thanks to the folks at All Phase--we will definitely be using them for all our electrical needs in the future.

I want to share my experience with All Phase Electic Co. The company is located in Upper Darby, PA…read more First, I had excellent service about four years ago. They installed/replaced an outside flood light which was professionally done and required a bucky truck to reach the light. I was delighted with their work, and it was a reasonable price for their service. I requested their assistance again in November 2022 to install/replace an outside flood light in the back of our home. The job only required a ladder and was reasonably priced. However, I wanted more professional service and shared my concerns. They replaced the light fixture I provided with a box that allowed exposed wiring. I was unhappy with the job and consulted other professionals who felt the job primarily would not meet local code. A wire was exposed going into the box. I asked if they could put all wires in the box, which I thought would have been done the first time. The cost of doing it correctly would be $565.00, which I felt was unreasonable, but I signed the contract, not knowing they had the attention to charge me the $335.00 for the first visit. The total cost would be $565.00. However, shortly after paying $565.00, I received another payment notice afterward of $335.00. The total costs to replace an outside flood light I provided and existing wiring that took less than an hour cost $900.00. I share this with you all, so this does not happen to you. The first service was at least a month and a half before the second service to correct the problem. There is no way I would have requested their service if I had received the first service bill. The service was going to be $565.00 in total. I have attached some pictures of the two jobs. Needs to say, I am looking for excellent and honest electric company services.

We hired Stahl Electric to do a full rewire on our house to remove all of the old knob and tube…read morewiring and upgrade to a 200 amp service. The job included adding a number of ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout the house, more electrical outlets, and a new doorbell. It was completed May-June 2017. I can't say enough about the phenomenal job that Ira's team did for us! The estimated time for the job to be completed was 4-6 weeks and they finished in exactly 4. Every morning, the guys (Lou and Alex) showed up right on time. I'm at home with a new baby at the moment so I was around a lot while they were working. They were extremely polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. They did a full day's work, and always spent the last 30-40 mins of each day cleaning up, vacuuming any bits left on the floor, and moving furniture back to where they found it. You could barely tell they had been there after they left! Another thing I really appreciated was that they knew we were very concerned with keeping the job as close to the original estimate as possible. So they always pointed out when unexpected things came up, and gave us options of how the issue could be handled. Finally, now that the job is complete, we have a few, VERY SMALL places where we need to spackle and touch up paint but nowhere near what I assumed we might be left with after a huge job like this. It's almost like magic! They replaced all of the old wiring in our house and you can barely see any evidence that they were here at all. And now our house is safer, more comfortable to live in, and our homeowners insurance is going down by more than 50% per year! We'll absolutely use Stahl Electric for all of our electrical needs in the future and would 100% recommend them for any job, big or small.
