I've been going here for about a year and a half and they always do a fabulous job! I go to Noreen and she's the best! She will give you the shape you want and maintain it ... definitely recommend read more

This place is amazing! Very experienced and quick threading technicians. They are very friendly and remember you when you walk in. The whole process doesn't take more than 5-7 minutes. There is rarely a wait and if there is it isn't more than a few minutes. Chairs are comfortable and the prices are reasonable. They do a great job eyebrows are shaped very professionally and I don't get break outs afterwards. read more

I believe the lady who did my threading was Arzo. She was so nice and did a great job. I did find it odd that all the other ladies were sitting around not doing anything and didnt even acknowledge me when i walked in, which was turn off. But Arzo did such a good job she made up for the others. read more

Amazing eyebrow job by friendly staff! Lots of staff so wait very minimal! I have gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows. My new spot!

I had a super bad experience here at Zia threading in Laguna hills. The owner is very rude. But I'm happy she was rude to me because now I found such a better and sweeter woman who does my eyebrows and I feel so much happier and a lot more respected. Her name is Shanoush. She owns rainbrow and does such a good job! You should check her out! read more

I have been having threading done on full face for many years. I've had my share of good and bad experiences, some really good ones, but Shadia in this place by far is the best experience I've had. She really knows her crafts. I Totally recommend this place they all are great. Thanks Shadia for being the professional person that you are. read more

I went in an had the best threading experience ever! I have had threading done since 2001 and no one had as nice a shop with as much personal service. Actually, I expected to pay more than in the past because the place was so good. However, it was about the same price. Keep up the excellent service ladies! read more

Don't come here! They knew I was gonna grab something from car. I did and then when I came back there were 4 other people there and they proceeded to take all of them and tell me come back in 2 hours! Don't come here! They are so rude!!! read more

My favorite place to get my brows done! Everyone is so kind and they always do a great job. I'm so happy they are still doing well doing these hard times. read more

I love this place but they never have enough people working. Only two people are usually here at a time. My last visit took at least a half hour just to be seen. There was 4 of us waiting read more

I came here on 11/27/17 and there was only one person that was threading eyebrows (MAYBE THIS IS THE REASON...She was probably in a hurry). My sis in law had her eyebrows done first and so I decided to get mine done too, what a freaking mistake! First, the technician keep saying I didn't put my name on the list but I did and I keep telling her to check the list because I did, however she didn't even want to check that she was wrong. Secondly, SHE FREAKING ruined my eyebrows by taking off so much hair from my eyerbows, she might have well have drawn a line in my eyebrow area. I didn't really get her name because she didn't write it down....maybe she knows she made a mistake!! Advice to the owner to this place: Educate your technicians to listen to their clients before threading away. SUPER DISSAPOINTED!!! read more

I got Henna done here today by Mena (i think that is how you spell her name) and i love it! She was so nice and she didnt make me feel rushed, even though there were about 3 other people waiting for her services. My aunt got her eyebrows done and they came out really pretty. I will definitely be back for more henna and possibly eyebrow threading. read more

Place is clean and everything is spread 6ft apart. They are asking that everyone comes in wearing a face mask. However, there was a man not wearing a face mask and they did not ask him to put one on. They are doing temperature checks which is nice. The phone number on the door, I did call but one number was not working and the other number worked. Spoke to a lady; asked if I needed appointment and she said no, but come back in 30 min and they can see me. Came back in 30 min a little wait. Overall good experience, I just wish they would make sure everyone has there masks on! read more

I've been coming to Zia to see Noreen for over 9 years. She has always been so good to me and always does an amazing job on my eyebrows. I consider her my friend as she always keeps track of what's going on with me as well. I always come back to Noreen. read more

Aisha is on another level of perfection!!! I've been coming here for years and she is truly the best. Only and always coming here and to her !! Thanks Aisha ! read more

I have come here about 5 times with mediocre results. The last two times are what made me decide I won't be coming back. They were both with the same woman named Ruby. The first time she was rude and argued with me when I pointed out that one side was longer than the other and asked her to correct it. She just kept arguing with everything I wasn't happy with so I just gave up and left. Today I went back, hoping not to get her again, but of course she was there and the first one to open up and I'm kind of soft spoken so I didn't want to be a diva and ask for the other lady. I tried to explain to her that I wasn't really happy the last time so that I could describe how I want it to look different, and she kept cutting me off and arguing. She said, "well I don't know if I can make you happy." As she's starting on my first brow! Ummm!? So I kind of just pull back and look at her like.... Seriously? She starts bitching at me and says "are you going to lie your head back down or not?" Which is so unbelievably rude and I really just wanted to walk out but again I'm not the best at sticking up for myself do I just asked her to at least be polite. She claimed that she is being polite by telling me she doesn't know if I'll be happy. Ok.... Then she proceeds to grunt commands at me the rest of the time and get annoyed when I don't understand. Maybe the most annoying part is that she doesn't know how to listen. She would ask me questions and not let me finish. She had me look at my brows and ask me how I liked the arch. I said its perfect, I want it exactly like that. And her response was, I can do more of an arch but its going to be too thin. Umm no, that's ok, I just said I want it exactly like that. ?! Never again. read more

Just got my entire face and eyebrows done here. This is my first time ever getting threaded. My face looks like it has a light sunburn, but I LOVE MY NEW FACE!!! No hair on my face, so now I can wear foundation flawlessly! My face was done by a lady named Bebe(sp?). She made the experience a positive one. The threading was a tad uncomfortable on my upper lip and right below my nose but other than that the procedure was very tolerable. I'm going back in 3 to 4 weeks. read more

This was my first time threading and I loved it. The gals were so perky and quick. I just walked in and ordered the combo brow and lip for $12. I was seated in 5 min and she was done in 10 min. The sound of the thread was a bit unnerving at first but since I've been waxed and tweezed a bunch, it wasn't at all painful. I liked how I was clean of any residue and that my skin did not get red like it would normally get from waxing. So great and so cheap! read more

I met Zia herself today! I am instantly a fan because she recognized me from the 2 times I had gone before and when she noticed I only had 1 star on my stamp card she gave me an extra since I got my card 1 star too late. Also, she is careful, friendly, and thorough. She seemed concerned my eyes were watering, but that's just how my tear ducts are - it wasn't her :p Like others said, there is a wait (I came at 10:30am on a Tuesday thinking that was pretty safe but I still had to wait a little.) Oh and the stamp card incentive is pretty nice :) ($2 off 5th time, 11th time free.) read more

I have been in threading salons from mall pop-up booths in Georgia to full-service threading salons here in California. My first threading experience was in New York City. I'll never forget. After all, could anyone ever forget their first? From that moment when my eyes fully regained focus to see the reflection of my new carefully crafted brows, transformed by a common piece of thread, I was hooked. I have visited many threading salons all over the United States but I was certain that none could compare. ... Until fate and my own curiosity brought me to Zia Threading earlier this evening. PROS: - GORGEOUS, Elegant Decor... Mirrored desk and matching table, framed full-length mirror at every station, comfortable high-quality seats, classy waiting-area chairs, soft serene-colored walls, crystal chandelier - Tasteful Magazine Collection... From InStyle to Fitness. No celeb-bashing mags within sight! - Ambiance... Relaxing, friendly, professional - Delightful, Attentive Staff... On top of being professional, they seemed very genuine. I requested Mina because of her rave reviews on Yelp; however, it looked like everyone is very skilled. I felt very taken care of by everyone even though I opted to wait for Mina. I was not able to sense any workplace salon drama. Very sweet ladies! - Quality Service... Skilled and they really spend time on their guests! It didn't feel like an eyebrow factory like some other places I have been to. I felt like I was at a luxury spa. CONS: - Popular... That means some waiting might be involved. There were about a dozen people waiting when I arrived at about 5:15pm. At the same time, I returned at 7pm after my meeting and was seated immediately. - Distance... I live on the other side of Orange County. Would I find an excuse to return here? For sure. - Price... a little more than some other places. Other places I have been to usually average $7 for eyebrows. It's $9 here but it's totally worth it. TIPS: - Opt for the rose water. It's very soothing and refreshing. Lovely scent. - Try to avoid peak times or go when you have some time to spare. Great place to lounge, relax, and call it a spa day! read more

Really good prices! Only $10 for an eyebrow threading, didn't have to wait very long. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. I was really happy with my eyebrows after, I had never had them threaded before and loved the way they came out. I would definitely go back and they even have punch cards for each visit l. read more

Bitches be hating on them too hard for the wait. They're worth the wait. Don't be a little bitch. The quality of their threading is ze best compared to whats around town. The customer service is on point too. read more

I went to this place for convenience. I should have driven a little further ! This was my first experience here with threading and had a horrible experience. The lady at this place was a little rough and she completely messed up my eye brows. I asked her to just clean them up. Instead they are now much thinner than they were before and uneven! I i will never go here again!! read more

I have been going to this place for a couple of months and have had three different girls thread my eyebrows and upper lip. Zia, Babi (I think) and Meena( I think) the best one was Meena and then Zia. Babi was horrible she is really fast so it is more painful and never checks if the eyebrows are even she always threads one shorter than the other..I should have said no not her today and waited for Meena.. but I was waiting for 30 minutes and wanted to go home. I had tears coming out and she screwed one my eyebrows. I feel like going back to see if they can fix it! One thing I have learned is you have to be very vocal to them and really look at the outcome and if it's not right then have them fix it right then and there :) read more

I got threaded a month ago at a salon in Costa Mesa, but it was just too far for me to go this time so i searched yelp again and found Zia. I walked in and was greeted quickly and sat down. My Threader was Noreen and she was quick and efficient. My eyebrows looked amazing and I am definitely going to come back! The punch card is a great idea! I still don't understand why threading is so ridiculously cheap but hey, I am not complaining! read more

I have been going there for a long time now... many good artists but I personally prefer Annie. She is just awesome. Takes time and does a perfect job with your brows. Definitely recommend Annie!! read more

Awesome! Great prices, fast, NO HOT WAX ON MY FACE, and the ladies are super sweet. This place is really busy, but they have comfy chairs and they are very good at what they do so it's worth the wait! My face still breaks out even with threading, but it's not as "raw" as it is after a waxing, so I'll be getting threaded at Zia's from here on out! read more

I loved this place! Noree did an amazing job! And it took hardly any time, my mother and I both had ours done in less than 15 minutes. And the prices are unbelievably cheap, $8 for your brows! My favorite LA eyebrow threading place so far!! I highly recommend. read more

I moved to the OC a couple of years ago and have been looking for a good face threading salon. After a few disappointments I found Zia threading. I love it here, the customer service is great, the girls are very nice and they take their time with each customer. They don't rush you out of there. I'm definitely going to be coming back here for a very long time. read more

As a middle eastern woman, eyebrows and hair removal are pretty important to me and grooming is kind of a must. We brown women just come naturally hairy and if we don't groom we become chewbacca! And that's NOT cute. So it's safe to say, I've tried many different eyebrow/threading places in my day. And.. Zia's is my ultimate favorite threading salon! The prices are good, the artists are experienced, and the location is extremely convenient. I have never once walked out of there unhappy.. They are simply the best!! And if Zia herself is there, choose her! The rest are great too but she's my favorite :) read more

Having had my eyebrows tinted several months ago in Washington for the first time and enjoying not having to draw them every day, as they started to fade, I looked for a local place to have them tinted again. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted here, but the tinting washed off the next day. I didn't even wash my face for at least 12 hours, and just used mild face wash. Very disappointed. The threading was great, but I still have no eyebrows. Wont be going there again for tinting. ;( read more

I love this place. I've been coming here for over 5 years now and they are awesome. They offer threading, waxing and henna tattooing. I love getting my eyebrows threaded here. They are always consistent and don't try to upsell you in any way. Everyone there is so friendly and are always willing to help when it comes to what flatters your face best. These ladies are amazing at threading quickly and make it as painless as possible. Don't forget to get the rose water dab after you've been threaded. It feels so good. I've been to this place more than three years but I think Im not going back anymore!! I came in today to get me eyebrows and upper lip done. Since I walked in two of the ladies were talking at the counter looked at me from head to toe and kept talking in there own language not even greeted me. The lady who did on me not even ask what shape i wanted. End up she cut me on the right eyebrow. When i point it out to her she said its ok. Not even say sorry!! Seem like she didn't care at all. Very unprofessional and unacceptable!!! If you want to go to this place you not get the shape you want, you'll get what they want to do it for you!!! read more
