Her employee scraped the kitchen cabinets above our stove with a scraping implement that removed the finish, and they also poured or squirted some sort of liquid in our sink that stained the metal. Kayla's "solution" to damaging our cabinets was to send to our home the father of one of her employees, who is some sort of handyman but does not know how to finish cabinets. He said that there was no way he could repair the damage properly and match the color of our custom cabinets. Instead, we ended up having to hire a cabinet company to sand and refinish our cabinets, and when we tried to discuss with Kayla that her company was responsible for covering the cost of the cabinet repair, she refused. She actually told me that we could afford to pay for the repair, and she couldn't, so we should be the ones to pay. She also said that I should sue her employee to try to recoup our cost. Then she hung up on me. We also haven't been able to remove the stain from our sink and are just hoping it will fade over time. In addition, she bills by the hour, and her crew did not stick to the list of cleaning priorities that I provided. They instead did unnecessary and unrequested things first, such as organize our 10-year-old son's desk, rather than prioritizing cleaning the floors first as requested. This resulted in the cleaning taking more time than we agreed to pay for, and we were billed for the extra time.

Marcus did not write anything down, took one picture on my phone showing the meter reading against the wall had moisture. He also said they have nothing to detect anything but moisture, not what Chris bragged about over the phone! When we had hail damage, two years later, one of the…read morecontractors from another company inspected our roof and said that ours was one of the few elastomeric roofs he had seen that were done correctly. This made me feel great about A Plus exteriors. We needed our skylights replaced and a couple of holes patched in the roof coating after the hailstorm. We called A Plus to have this work done. They replaced two skylights. The one in the master bath leaked the first time it rained. They returned and did something to the seal. Then it dripped water from condensation when the outside temps dropped. They had replaced our skylights with single pane fixtures and tried to tell us that that is what we had before. We've lived here 10 years and never had dripping from condensation. The 2nd skylight had a leaf sticking through the seal to the inside of the house. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with work from the hail storms and hired extra workers but...it was Darrell who told us we had single pane skylights before. He also said he would have to order double pane and that it would take a couple of weeks to get them. In fact, they were installed the same day. We need our house painted but probably won't use them again.

I agreed to this and when the technician arrived, I had placed calls to the HW company and they told me that if the water heater was defective, regardless of age, they would approve a replacement. The technician, as soon as I said I wanted to file a claim began telling me lies related to the claim process. He said that the HW company would "Take 6-8 hours to approve the claim and therefore I would not be serviced until Monday, but they could replace mine tonight if I purchased from the direct". This was a LIE! I had already received confirmation that once this company submitted the information they would approve the claim within 15-30 min.
