From the moment I called them they kept in touch, first to thank me for calling, second to tell me who would be coming to my home and third when they were en-route to my home. Talk about awesome customer service-- SUPERIOR!! The technician (owner) figured out the problem and got me cooled in no time flat all within a few hours. Thanked me again for my business. Have been without AC for 6 days now this is a welcome relief. Never have had repairs accomplished so fast! Do I need to mention again how impressed I am? I have found a keeper! THANK YOU!!!

It only took an hour and a half to determine cause, repair, and clean up afterwards. Extremely professional, explained everything as they went and just a truly top notch job. I have called them for a similar problem last March, but my review is missing. They did an outstanding job then as well, which is why I knew who to call. Can't say enough about Jesse being a real credit to your organization. Keep up the terrific customer service. Thank you,

Tech shows up an hour early then says everything on our water heater is connected wrong including…read morethe gas line and that he would have to bring it up to code. Then says he would need to talk to his boss and leaves. Never calls back or shows back up. Mind you all I called for was to add a water supply line to our new refrigerator! Pretty straight forward our water heater is located in the kitchen next to the fridge and is very easily accessible to work on. Wtf is wrong with people?!? SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I would be fine with bringing up to code and actually anticipated that. The issue with your service was the lack of professionalism and no response after we were told he would get back to us. No one likes to be left hanging especially when you're told there is an issue with how the gas line on your water heater was connected.

But I also see 9 other reviews are disallowed by Yelp. Because Yelp screens reviews which are believed to be false, or phony reviews. NINE phony reviews. Wish I checked Yelp Prior to contacting this Five Star. I won't go into details except to say ... please avoid these people, they are not trustworthy or honest. If you choose to hire them, you may "pay the price" in extra phony hours billed, extra materials billed etc. Like a dishonest car dealership, they give you and INSANE bill at the end of the joy, then try to get you to negotiate a lower number. If you don't go along with their game, they may go to your electrical circuit breaker box and kill power to your house like some kind of gangsters. They cut power to our 20x20 space, killing electricity to the hot water in our house, cutting power to our refrigerator, our lights, garage door, and irrigation system by removing the breakers - yes taking our breakers with them when they left. We were closer to calling the police, than our lawyer. By the next day, we called both the police AND our lawyer. These people are dishonest and unscrupulous. YMMV, but I doubt it.
