He said the job was guaranteed a month. In the middle of the night I found that the toilet was leaking. I called at 7, 8 and then got hold of an admin at 8:15. She was rude, she had just gotten to work so needed a min. and informed me no one could come out until 3pm. I just paid $900 for a service, Not sure about anyone else-but I cannot stay home from work for 2 days to have a toilet changed out. I asked to speak with the foreman or office manager-tentatively they said someone could be out between 8:30 and 9. We'll See.
