Technician Jeff J. came to the house, upgraded all the plugs, rewired circuits away from one of the original (and potentially hazardous) Pacific Federal breaker boxes to the newer box outside, traced down some shorts, fixed some exposed live wiring. Jeff had a quiet competence, worked efficiently. Pleased with result. I also found it easy to work with the woman who answers the phones (sorry, didn't catch your name) and does the scheduling and billing questions. They were pretty accommodating to me for my particular situation. Will definitely consider RT Electric in the future.

He is in a major fight with Trane co. so he won't deal with them. So he orders a new compressor from some flim flam company. Trane had 6 in stock. Now you should know this is still under warranty. The other company can't have the compressor for a week. They wanted $950 for the compressor+ freight. Needless to say this didn't end well. Ended up hiring another company to finish it correctly.
