The conduit was very neatly run and they guys didn't leave any mess of snipped wire ends or tape (a real common problem). Technician Jeff J. came to the house, upgraded all the plugs, rewired circuits away from one of the original (and potentially hazardous) Pacific Federal breaker boxes to the newer box outside, traced down some shorts, fixed some exposed live wiring. Jeff had a quiet competence, worked efficiently. Pleased with result. I also found it easy to work with the woman who answers the phones (sorry, didn't catch your name) and does the scheduling and billing questions.
