After being quoted from 3 other people who didn't show for their appointments I tried this one. They showed up and were very professional and friendly. They vacuumed and cleaned up and even spot cleaned first. It had to be done because the carpet was obviously worn and didn't smell great. They were quick, did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets and when I got the bill it was less than half what I would have thought (maybe a third?). Perfect job. The carpet had tons of pet stains and dirt. After they was finished, I couldn't believe they were the same carpets! Every stain was gone and the rooms smelled so fresh. After cleaning he made sure I was happy and loved it. My room looks totally different and amazing. Will most certainly be using them again.

They failed to pick-up the phone several times and didn't return my message. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said their "cleaner was in the hospital." While I cannot verify whether or not that is true, all the previous reviews have mentioned the same pattern. Staff is a no show - then the owner mentions an illness or a hospitalization. Besides, why would they only have one cleaner available during working hours? A responsible business that couldn't keep appointments would proactively call customers to re-schedule, not wait until they have to fess up. Save your time and energy and go with another cleaning service--ANY other service cannot be as bad as this one!

We did not replace the blower/coils and we were told that was okay. When Alex came over he did a thorough diagnostics, at least over 2 1/2 hours. He finally found the problem in the coil setting and it was considered a 'big' find. The cooler did great after that fix and we are super indebted to his expert experience and tenacity. Thank you!
