My father complained regularly that they weren't doing anything. I thought he was exaggerating. I came back to visit for a few weeks. I discovered absolutely nothing was done to organize or clean up what we had requested. I think there are a years worth of dust bunnies under all the furniture. It looks like basic cleaning was done, but we were charged for a much longer time than that. Very unhappy. I would not recommend. Their communication is quite poor.

The only communication I received from them was an invoice to pay. I really believe that good customer service goes a long way in this day and age. I would have been more impressed that they called and cared. I would have been able to put aside the cleaning job itself if I would receive a phone call or message.
