We also had a person come once a week to make sure they were ok, do light housework and cook a basic meal for them. When we met with the initial person, she wrote down everything we requested. My father complained regularly that they weren't doing anything. I thought he was exaggerating. I came back to visit for a few weeks. I discovered absolutely nothing was done to organize or clean up what we had requested. I think there are a years worth of dust bunnies under all the furniture. It looks like basic cleaning was done, but we were charged for a much longer time than that. Very unhappy. I would not recommend. Their communication is quite poor.

After being quoted from 3 other people who didn't show for their appointments I tried this one. They showed up and were very professional and friendly. They vacuumed and cleaned up and even spot cleaned first. It had to be done because the carpet was obviously worn and didn't smell great. They were quick, did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets and when I got the bill it was less than half what I would have thought (maybe a third?). Perfect job. The carpet had tons of pet stains and dirt. After they was finished, I couldn't believe they were the same carpets! Every stain was gone and the rooms smelled so fresh. After cleaning he made sure I was happy and loved it. My room looks totally different and amazing. Will most certainly be using them again.

And I've never had a vacuum (much less air cleaner) like the Rainbow unit that we bought from City Dynamics. First, we signed up to win a small air cleaner at the Las Cruces Outdoor Show. Well, ta da, we won (not really surprised), just had to sit through a demo of their larger unit. Yippee, whatever, okay. Gabriel from City Dynamics showed up (with a young trainee in tow). We listened politely, not really interested, but okay. Then they brought in the big unit. Here's where it got interesting. Gabriel demonstrated the unit and we were overwhelmed. I thought our house was clean. Well, let's just say Gabriel was very polite, especially when we saw what the unit was getting out of our carpet! We've had the unit for over two weeks, leave the base unit running almost all day in air cleaner mode, and are extremely pleased with it. City Dynamics (and Gabriel) did a wonderful job demonstrating their product, and made it easy for us to finance and own one of the Rainbow units. Gabriel asked for referrals, but we don't really know many people here yet, so we only gave our one neighbor's name. I sat with her through her demo (given by Matthew from City Dynamics), and she was so impressed - despite her brand new other name-brand high dollar vacuum - that she wants a Rainbow now.
