Beware! Kayla's crew damaged items in our home while cleaning, and Kayla would not accept…read moreresponsibility for the damaged items. Her employee scraped the kitchen cabinets above our stove with a scraping implement that removed the finish, and they also poured or squirted some sort of liquid in our sink that stained the metal. Kayla's "solution" to damaging our cabinets was to send to our home the father of one of her employees, who is some sort of handyman but does not know how to finish cabinets. He said that there was no way he could repair the damage properly and match the color of our custom cabinets. Instead, we ended up having to hire a cabinet company to sand and refinish our cabinets, and when we tried to discuss with Kayla that her company was responsible for covering the cost of the cabinet repair, she refused. She actually told me that we could afford to pay for the repair, and she couldn't, so we should be the ones to pay. She also said that I should sue her employee to try to recoup our cost. Then she hung up on me. We also haven't been able to remove the stain from our sink and are just hoping it will fade over time. In addition, she bills by the hour, and her crew did not stick to the list of cleaning priorities that I provided. They instead did unnecessary and unrequested things first, such as organize our 10-year-old son's desk, rather than prioritizing cleaning the floors first as requested. This resulted in the cleaning taking more time than we agreed to pay for, and we were billed for the extra time.

Not only were they the lowest bid out of three we looked at but I was impressed with their professionalism the minute I met them. They also have a network of equally capable people that do specialized work, as we had the very nice and perfectionist Marcus remove our wallpaper on a 25 year old house, and Joe came in to help paint the baseboards and trim so they could finish faster. Robert was spot on on his bid and time to do the job. We added additional work that gave it one more day on the job. I also would like to add how flexible they were, always available to you for any concern, and it was addressed politely and timely. What other positive things can I say? They always worked very well as a team, with others or just the two of them, cleaned up our home spic and span short of cleaning our windows!, and were just very pleasant to have in our home! Thank you!!

Fake reviews, caused extensive damages, refusal to honor refund agreement…read more I hired this company based off of their Google reviews, which, after the job was done, I found were falsified by members of their family. There is absolutely no way this is a 5 star company and they have 0 reviews here on Yelp. This is an amateur operation that does no prep work, will leave your house in worse condition than you started with, and will not honor agreement to compensation. We originally signed a refund agreement in exchange for not leaving bad reviews, but as Andrew Arzabal reneged on that offer and instead chose to push this into a months-long insurance settlement, this review is now going live. There is paint everywhere. Appliances, stained into wood, splattered on every window, splotches on cabinets they were not meant to paint, paint in the wiring, hardware painted over. They did absolutely 0 prep work and ruined new light fixtures that cost $90 each. There is paint in the grout which now needs to be replaced by a tiler. Because of the horrific quality of service, I released Andrew from his responsibility in finishing the job by adding trim after a separate flooring job was done, so not only are they not compensating me for damages, they are also in breach of their original contract for labor that has already been paid for. I am now starting the process of taking their company to small claims court while the insurance company deliberates on their investigation. They've also been reported to the FTC and BBB.

I worked with Saratoga Custom Painting, represented by Andy and his crew, to remedy perhaps the…read moreworst paint job on cabinets throughout my house. There was little more than a wash, almost no pigment, and it could not be cleaned; bare wood began to appear less than three years after the house was built. Most paint jobs require a lot of preparation, including masking, disassembling cabinet doors to remove old paint in preparation for new paint, hanging barriers to prevent overspray, and so on. Saratoga spent three of the five days they were in my place just doing prep work. The crew returned with a water-resistance coat of paint for all my cabinets, reinstalled all the doors, and cleaned up behind themselves. It was a pleasure to work with Andy and the Saratoga team.
