After being quoted from 3 other people who didn't show for their appointments I tried this one. They showed up and were very professional and friendly. They vacuumed and cleaned up and even spot cleaned first. It had to be done because the carpet was obviously worn and didn't smell great. They were quick, did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets and when I got the bill it was less than half what I would have thought (maybe a third?). Perfect job. The carpet had tons of pet stains and dirt. After they was finished, I couldn't believe they were the same carpets! Every stain was gone and the rooms smelled so fresh. After cleaning he made sure I was happy and loved it. My room looks totally different and amazing. Will most certainly be using them again.

This was also the third time we had a quote done because this company could never seem to get the scheduling correct. However, Mike had no problem finding the house when he knew my fiancée was there. Part of being a business owner is owning when you are in the wrong. The house was empty and not dirty we just wanted a deep clean since other people lived there before us. Thinking I would get a super clean house at the deep cleaning price, I was disappointed. At best we got a standard clean and that was after I had them return a second time. I still had to come in and clean the outsides of the cabinets, the walls and baseboards before we moved in. I think the most upsetting part was that I didn't get a call or message apologizing the first time I addressed my concern. The second time they cleaned I never got a message or call telling me they had finished or asking if I was satisfied with the final result. The only communication I received from them was an invoice to pay. I really believe that good customer service goes a long way in this day and age. I would have been more impressed that they called and cared. I would have been able to put aside the cleaning job itself if I would receive a phone call or message. It's a shame because I would have used them for a cleaning service on our short term rental home. But they lost my business. Not just on the bad cleaning job(twice,) but mostly on bad customer service.

We have them set up for them to clean our home every other week and they are going to do a deep clean.
