Damaged the paint on our baseboards but didn't bother to mention it. Then they had the audacity to ask for a tip. I do not recommend them.

I think they are a rip off! I had to clean after they supposedly cleaned! Bad streaks! Cleaning was uneven. I wouldn't let then use "enzymes" treatment. Black spots on the carpet from the wheels of their machine....Im still trying to get up. Always get an estimated review. Just like almost everyone else in Las Cruces, it always costs more for something they didn't include in the original estimate. The 2 person crew were friendly. That's the best I can say. I recently had tile and carpets cleaned. The two guys who came did a through cleaning and went out of their way to explain what they were doing and why. Great work! had a cigarette smell in a house we bought. They did an initial ozone treatment which worked pretty well. We decided to take up all of the carpets, and the smell came back. They came back, free of charge (!) and did it again. not a whiff of the smell, absolute perfection. can't recommend enough. easy to work with, cared about results, what more is there to want? read more

I lived in a two bedroom condo at Sonoma Ranch/ The Pueblos. I was the only one who lived there and never wore shoes while inside. I cannot rave enough about This company. I had them clean two rooms in my apartment. Let me back track a little.... I have a 8 year old daughter who loves to paint, play with slime, etc. Unfortunately, she got slime into the white carpet as well as spilled chocolate milk in quite a few areas on the carpet. I tried everything to get it out with no luck. The carpet looked bad. I didn't think these stains and goo stuck to the carpet could come out. I was wrong. My carpets look better than when I moved in. A striking image does amazing work. I am so grateful to them for saving me money on my deposit and making the carpets look new. I scheduled an appointment to have my carpets cleaned and Jose was right on time. He walked me through the process and explained every detail of what he would be doing. I had a few pet stains and had asked for their enzyme treatment as well as just cleaning. He explained everything. It looks like new and smells so good.
