After 20 days I reached out to the main phone number and the lady who answered said they had yet to receive quote. I asked if she knew when they may know and she blew me off and said we just needed to wait. A week more and I contacted the man who came to the house directly, he told me he would call their distributor to follow up personally. He contacted me later that day and informed me the distributor never received the request in the first place and that he would call me "for Sure" the following day with the quote. Needless to say no follow up call/text ever came. When I text again a couple days later, thinking maybe he just got busy. Unfortunately, he never responded back. Very unprofessional. If they can't even bother to follow through on a quote, I'd hate to see how unprofessional they are in their work. Then he had the audacity to text me back on my personal number and complain about me saying he was rude. So not only did I think he was rude, but instead of reaching out and apologizing, he was complaining about what I felt and experienced. Don't harass potential consumers, especially if you already got a bad review from them.
