We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with El Paso Paint Kings, owned by Albert…read more We have used this company on two different homes and have referred multiple people to them in the past. Because of that history, we trusted them with restucco work and a roof resurfacing project. After they restuccoed our home, a crack appeared. They came back to repair it, but within a week the crack returned. Since then, we have been trying to get them to come back and properly address the issue, with no resolution. It has now been about a year since we paid to have our roof resurfaced. We have a signed contract and invoice showing payment for the resurfacing work. However, Albert is now denying that his company performed the roof resurfacing -- despite his signature being on the receipt. We have provided documentation, yet we are still not receiving follow-up or inspection of the roof to ensure there are no leaks. A proper power wash was also part of the agreement and has not been addressed. Repeated calls and texts have gone unanswered. As repeat customers who referred others, this has been extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. If you are considering hiring them, proceed with caution and ensure all work and follow-up commitments are honored.

He did a site visit shortly after I called and showed me many pictures of fencing and gate options until we found the perfect one. Other builders quoted 2-3 months to get in a queue for fabrication, and even charged extra to be pushed ahead in the queue). Javier was able to have the fence oxidized (rusted look) and installed in just a couple weeks. His rates were also very good in comparison to the other contractors. On top of that, he was a pleasure to work with - courteous, communicative and professional.

As we are now selling her home an inspection showed they did not do some work properly including placing storm collars on 3 flues and tar/seal of cracks around other penetrations. He tried to tell me the collars blew off with the wind! They should be installed so they don't blow off in less than 2 years time. He wanted $150 to come out to do an estimate and said work is not warranted. DO NOT believe his website. There is no guarantee with this man. Not even less than 2 year guarantee. To make matters worse he speaks about how Christian he is. Pathetic.

I contacted Double R Construction to do an assessment of what needed to be done. The list was about 20 items to restore it to the way it was when we moved 20 years prior. Prior to beginning the work, inspections were made for crack repairs which included the roof parapet. At that time we asked Erick to do a roof inspection because being the original 23 year old roof we had concerns about its condition. Erick told us we had serious issues with softness and rotting. Erick said that he has a team of roofers to do the roofing job which was a complete tear down and full replacement.
