For one price they go through your house and map out any pest problems or potential problems then the technician comes to "fumigate." It's truly mind blowing that there are multiple tools and substances used to get rid of pests. I was amazed to see the different ways they went about the house spreading their clean & green substances (yes, safe for pets and us!!) They gave me a summary of pests I didn't even know I had! And spent their time showing me potential problems and solutions. I really appreciated their communication skills. Recently, after rescheduling many times, I forgot about an appointment. This is a big issue for us because we have LARGE mastiff dogs. We always have to get someone to pick them up or take them to get groomed according to when pest control is coming. Our technician was so understanding and took the time to call even after we didn't answer the doorbell (no one was home.) He told us he didn't mind the dogs and had some of his own. I was blown away he would still perform the service for us!! My husband got there just in time to let him in the house. I am SO thankful I found this company. (totally understandable) yet a text or call stating this would have been nice. then when the tech gets to my home and I say the appointment was for 2:30pm and he replies with no it was for 3:00pm and it's 4:30pm when they showed up. feeling some type of way about being lied to. not feeling the great customer service that I read about. not valued at all. and now because I am not happy with the service, they want me to pay for how they have made me feel like my business wasn't valued to them. I would gladly pay the $130.00 to be done with this company. The next day, he did and we played phone tag a bit due to our conflicting schedules. Once we did get the chance to speak, he was such a nice guy on the phone. Very polite, explained the process to me and allowed me to make my own service choices. I was comfortable with the price that I was quoted (about $75) for a 3br/2ba house, inside and outside. We set a date/time for him to show up and do the service. He'd had an opening and reached out to me asking if we would prefer an earlier time. It worked out and he did show up right on time, and was very professional and pleasant. We'd been having ants and all kinds of small bugs all over our home before Wild West Pest Control came and did their treatment. They were very thorough, getting all the nooks and crannies. I am very pleased to say their treatment is very effective. That day and a few days following, we were finding dead bugs even in the garage.
