I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern. Ralph Plancarte, the owner/supervisor, went into detail with us what was involved, and gave us samples of the new silicone material that was used for our insurance company. His crew of 4 that worked on our roof (this job) were polite, funny, fast and thorough. Our roof was a mess, and our air conditioner frame needed A LOT of TLC. Ralph checked on them twice a day, not that it was necessary. They all worked seamlessly to do what was possible every day. Took a week (yes, our roof was THAT bad!) and let me know when they were done at the end of the day. They started at 7 AM, drove our dogs nuts (lol!) but man, our roof is pretty! So, if you need ANY kind of work done, they do everything but electric. Drywall, cement, stucco, roofing, tile work, carpet, etc. Amazing work, good pricing, and excellent customer service.
