I had several companies work on my roof that were terrible, this is an honest company that follows up their work.

A Plus did an elastomeric roof for us. When we had hail damage, two years later, one of the contractors from another company inspected our roof and said that ours was one of the few elastomeric roofs he had seen that were done correctly. This made me feel great about A Plus exteriors. We needed our skylights replaced and a couple of holes patched in the roof coating after the hailstorm. We called A Plus to have this work done. They replaced two skylights. The one in the master bath leaked the first time it rained. They returned and did something to the seal. Then it dripped water from condensation when the outside temps dropped. They had replaced our skylights with single pane fixtures and tried to tell us that that is what we had before. We've lived here 10 years and never had dripping from condensation. The 2nd skylight had a leaf sticking through the seal to the inside of the house. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with work from the hail storms and hired extra workers but...it was Darrell who told us we had single pane skylights before. He also said he would have to order double pane and that it would take a couple of weeks to get them. In fact, they were installed the same day. We need our house painted but probably won't use them again. read more

We've have a couple bouts of hail here in our area. Thought it'd be best to have our roof repaired, and decided A Plus were the folks to do the job. So far so good! read more

I have had leaks in my roof every year and had diffrent companies come out to work on it. The next rain I would have another leak! A plus exterior came out and fixed my roof and I have not had a problem since!!! The people who came to my house were willing to work with my crazy schedule. I can't say enough about the service I received !!! read more

This company is disgusting. I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. First off, they kept harassing my parents to fix their roof WHEN THEY DID NOT WANT TO/ WERE NOT READY. My parents finally caved after continually being bugged. They were told that they did not have to give the full payment until the project was completed, however the fellow in charge would stick around and would not leave until he was finally paid in full. They finished the roof in one day, GREAT! My parents were excited. My dad decided to take a closer look and found out that there were pieces of the roof missing!!! My mother has called several times to get this problem fixed, and has been hung up on. They not only have poor product quality , but also have poor customer service. I honestly wouldn't even rate this company a 1. It was the only way I could write a review. Please think about looking into a different company for roofing or etc. read more

They did replace our roof, and it seems fine. The issue was the professionalism. They did not let us know when they were coming to replace our roof- they just showed up one day. They also did not complete work on our roof until around two months after they were originally here. It look many phone calls and they kept asking about payment which we could not give until the roof was fixed. I would not use these guys ever again- when they did our roof and we came home there was a beat up, shady looking car blocking our driveway. The guy finally came to pick it up and said that his friends did our roof. When we mentioned this to our contact at the company he said something along the lines of "I always carry a gun in my truck". This made us have some concern as it was the company that brought people to our home that made us feel uncomfortable. The roof seems fine, but definitely go with a company with more professionalism. read more

Their was some recent damage on the roof in the garage area of my parents house in Alamogordo, NM. The rest of the house was dry and has had no other visible damage for the last several years. On 11/1/15 my parents signed a contract A Plus Exteriors to repair the roof and paid a $5000 deposit. Approximately, 2 weeks after signing the contract and paying the deposit, workers showed up to start the job. The workers started the demolition work to remove the existing roof. Within a few hours of starting the job, a supervisor from A Plus Exteriors told the workers to stop because they had not obtained the necessary permits. The crew stopped demolition work immediately and left the roof as it was. Almost 2 weeks had past since they stopped work and my parents had not heard back from A Plus Exteriors about when they would return to finish the job. From 11/25/15 through the weekend, there was quite a bit of rain. Because A Plus didn't come back to finish the job, or at least patch up the holes they created, 3 rooms in the house are soaked with water, ruining the carpet, the ceiling in the living room is literally falling down, and the water is creeping up the walls from the floor. We contacted the supervisor for the job on 11/27/15 (the day after Thanksgiving). He told us that someone would be there that day to patch it up. No one from A Plus Exteriors came on 11/27/15. It continued to rain that day. On 11/28/15, we contacted the offices of A Plus Exteriors and the supervisor for the job. When asked why no one had come to patch the holes they made, their answer was "I don't know." Both told us that someone would come to patch it up later that day. No one from A Plus Exteriors came later that day. It continued to rain. Unfortunately, my elderly step father,who has mobility issues from a hip replacement surgery, was not able to assist in clearing the rooms. My mother and I were left to clean up the mess. I give A Plus Exteriors one star for making this a memorable Thanksgiving. read more

I was so pleased with the work they performed on my roof that I brought them in to paint my home with elastomeric paint. It looks amazing!!

I recently had hail damage on my roof. I wanted a local company so I called A Plus Exteriors. They walked me through the whole process and was very helpful with guiding me through my insurance claim. The roof was finished be installed today and I couldn't be more happier. This is a true, professional company with great expertise and would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof. read more

They did an OK job, but do not give the final payment until everything agreed on is done. Once they get the final money, they will not come back. I have called about 7 times and all I get from the receptionist is,"I will tell the production manager". No one has called back or fixed the problem. Beware! read more
