As is the case with other consumers, I purchased a Camera which supposedly had motion sensors. My order was accepted (auto-pay) through its "shopping cart" by Debit card. The projected date of delivery was supposed to be December 3 - 6th, 2018. It is now more than 72 hours overdue. No tracking number nor shipping information by the merchant. This is a classic case for the Civil Courts of a Class Action law suit. I do hope a high profile law firm decides to take on this merchant in a courtroom setting. I am sure this is a classic slam dunk case where thousands of complainants would participate gladly. This online situation has to be stopped by a real pro. I am trying to return a product. It is not defective, I just decided I no longer have a need. I understand about the restocking fee and I'm ok with that. I have emailed twice to get an RMA number (which they say is a necessity to return an item). I have left a voice mail for an agent was not answering after 10 minutes and I am currently on hold again. Recently purchased their Milton 1270p Super HD Hidden Camera Low Light Video Recording Pen. It did not meet my criteria, here is why. 1. First the date/time utility got flagged by my virus protection software as exhibiting ransomware behavior, which it had to fix. 2. Once the date/time utility was installed the pen is not recognized by my USB ports 3. Indicator lights are hard to see 4. Operating the device is difficult, not intuitive or straightforward 5. The lens cover does not stay up & keeps falling down 6. The device needs to be handheld and pointed at the target audience to be effective 7. Ideally I wanted it to be placed in a shirt or jacket pocket to record but that can't be done because the lens faces in the opposite direction if I did that. My order was processed quickly and the unit arrived one day earlier than expected. Due to user (my) error, I contacted Zetronix for followup support. That support exceeded my expectations. Help was provided quickly, the matter resolved promptly and beyond what I thought possible. The product's warranty is amazing. If you're reading this, you are probably as concerned as I was about making such a purchase sight unseen from an unknown vendor. I was looking for surveillance equipment for my house in New Mexico as I live in Dallas. I ordered 3 "screw in light bulb" nanny cams ONLY because their internet advertising said how good they are and how wonderful their products are compared to everyone else's. I am telling you now everything they say on the internet about their product is a lie. They are not the best, but are on the bottom of the pile. The nanny cam light bulbs have a difficult time connecting to my Android phone's Wifi. They will not recognize it even after I have reset the camera, rebooted it, deleted and then reinstalled the camera...It goes on and on. I tried to view the Micro SD card on my Mac computer. Their instructions tell you to download a FREE program to view the recordings on the Micro Sd on your computer..https://potplayerdaum.net. First, I can download the program, but can't open it up. AND, it is ONLY A FREE TRIAL. Their customer service is the worst of the worst. Nobody answers the telephone. It rolls to voicemail, and they may call you back next year. In short, this company is VERY PROUD OF THEMSELVES. But, that is where it stops. I highly recommend not buying any of their products unless you want to be VERY, VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. read more

The first initial problem with Zetronix was my wife ordered the 4 Orca recording sunglasses and 4 transitional lenses for $799.94. We messaged the online chat and they said the order was cancelled. Our bank had declined the first charge but proccessed the second. We still did not get our money back which means the order was not cancelled. We did not recieve the items. Seeing how we assumed that the bank was the problem we were told to reorder and we did so on a different card. We ordered a total of $839.89 of the same order and for some reason we got charged more and the order wasnt correct it only said 1 transitional lens was ordered. At this point we ordered 3 more and tried to get a hold of customer service again to make sure that the overnight shipping could still apply to the second purchase we had to make due to an online error. We ordered overnight shipping and it has been over 2 days since. We have called, left emails, and tried to use the online chat, but this time it says their arent any agents available and when we can it goes directly to voicemail. They are blocking our calls somehow and refusing to respond! Now they have a total of $1,639.83 of our money that they refuse to refund or send the products ordered!!! read more

First of , this is a great little unit , well built and affordable . I recently had an experience where the outside temperature reached 105. As you may well know , the inside of a vehicle usually runs about 15-20 degrees higher. I found my dashcam the next morning and it had literally imploded. I faulted myself but wanted to let the great people at Zetronix know what had happened. I asked them if I could send them some pictures of the imploded cam and the service rep told me to send the cam to him and he would be glad to replace it. After I picked myself up off the floor, I re-read the e-mail to make sure I had not fabricated this response by accident in my own mind , and no I had indeed not. I sent it the next day and within 5 days I had a brand new one sitting in my mailbox! Great product, fantastic customer service,,,you cannot go wrong with Zetronix! read more

I never wrote a Yelp review before until now. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I ever had in my entire life. I never had any customer service experience as poor as this company and am surprised that this company is not completely shut down due to the massive BBB complaints and negative customer reviews. I don't understand how this company sell "State of the Art" electronics when all of their electronics are USED, DEFECTIVE or overall POOR QUALITY. Whoever their vendor are should be ashamed and extremely cautious to do business with these people. Don't be fooled by the "actual shopper ratings" they received on their website, they can easily have people affiliated and review positive to improve their credibility. They are also usually short so you can tell they are not legit and was spammed. If you Google Zetronix review or complaints, you will see the real customer reviews such as this one. I bought 2 cameras from their online shop 2 months ago (http://www.zetronix.com/). When it arrived, I can instantly tell it's used from a number of factors: there were clips recorded that was leftover by their workers or whoever had it last, the recording device made an annoying beeping noise with the videos it records, the clip that protects the lenses doesn't hold shut. I instantly email their customer service team, they accepted the return and they received it back within 2-3 days. After couple of business days, I still received no response. I emailed them again and finally got a response after a week and they say they will process the return in the order they receive. This is ridiculous of how slow their return process is. Most companies will have it completed in less than a week. I waited couple more days and no response. Frustrated from all of this, I decided to call their "Live Support," (877) 644-7592. It ringed through couple of times then straight to their voicemail. I called them back the next day and it went straight to their voicemail. I tried once again in couple of hours and same thing - STRAIGHT TO THEIR VOICEMAIL. It seems like they blocked my number or block whoever's number that calls them frequently for customer support. Then, I knew that this company is extremely SHADY and decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. After about 2 weeks, my credit card company told me that they got in contact with a live person and they agreed to "FULLY REFUND ME OF MY ORDER." After another week pass, I received a credit from Zetronix. It was about 70% refund of my full order. I instantly emailed their customer service team again and ask when I will be receiving the rest of my return credit? I was supposed to get a FULL REFUND as stated in the agreement from my credit card company. Then, they emailed me back and said to refer to their "restocking fee policy." REALLY? AFTER THEY EVEN AGREED TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY'S AGREEMENT??? Of course then they never responded back after that so I explain the situation to my credit card company, they did a charge back and issued me back the remaining credit. Thank god this absolute madness is over. Again, I don't write reviews unless it has gotten out of hand. This is by far the worst of the worst experience I ever encountered. I read other negative reviews that people have left. The common trend seems to be their DELAYED REFUNDS OR NO REFUNDS AT ALL, NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR "LIVE SUPPORT OR SHOTTY QUALITY CONTROL OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I feel like the way how this company makes money is by SCAMMING YOU FROM THEIR "RESTOCKING FEE." How this work is: they sell you the "new" product you bought on their website. You get mad because something is wrong with it or it fell apart and you return it back to them. Once they gathered the partial payment from you due to "restocking fee." Repack and mark it as "new." They will move on to the next victim and do the same. Do yourself a favor and buy a reputable website like Amazon. Their product is guaranteed brand new or if you're not satisfied, they will give you a easy return. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE TRAPPED AND COULD END UP WORST THEN I DID.
