I've been an Apple customer since the 90s but I won't be buying accessories from them any longer…read more They're just pushing garbage out the door now. After a year of normal work the black started coming off the keys (see pic) on this keyboard. A few months after the Touch barely functions. After going through their ridiculous return system and waiting 2 hours for my appointment, the rude Apple "Genius" told me warranty is one year on all products BUT they could fix it for $160...for a keyboard that cost $200. A $20 third party keyboard would last decades but Apple can't make a keyboard that lasts longer than a couple of years. Apple used to be the best customer service and there was a time they'd be embarrassed to have produced poor products, but they've become a complete joke. Quality of their hardware is in the toilet and customer service is even worse. Apple has stopped caring about quality and its customers.

The data transfer from old phone to longer and started to freeze. A nice young woman helped. We had to restart the data transfer. She got wireless chargers and a data transfer cables. The other people we asked said "wireless data transfer is just as fast as with cables...." NOT! The wire method took less than 20 minutes! The last minute is always the longest! Why is that! Top of the line Samsung. After ONLY 3 years my tv died. I complained to Huntington only to receive a deaf ear to my problem. Their only solution was to replace " the junk" they sold me at My own expense. A friend of mine highly recommended Best Buy Geek Squad. Two competent friendly techs quickly diagnosed the problem. When Huntington installed my tv they did not install a surge protector leading to a power surge frying the tv's power cord killing the tv. What a sloppy careless way to install a $5k tv. Lesson to be learned here, NEVER do business with Huntington home systems ever again!!!

(Pre-2/19/2020 with COVID-19)…read more Mid afternoon one day, I decided that pop into T-Mobile to ask a few questions about how to use their service during my upcoming international travel. They weren't crazy busy, so they had time to spend on me. How can I use my plan's included International service without getting charged for phone calls? How do I make sure any call I make while I am out there is using wifi calling? Is there a way to shut down the mobile service for calling? The lady suggested that i could turn on airplane mode when I have wifi before trying to make a wifi call. The fellow told me that I would have unlimited data and texting, but noted that as long as I didn't pick up a call or place one while I am out there, then I wouldn't be charged for a call. But at least it would only be 25 cents a minute for calls while I'm out of the country. Online searches turned up tips such as turning off Roaming (connection to data services) to turn off cellular data completely when you're out of the country. "If you choose this option, you'll still be able to get phone calls and texts whenever you're logged into a Wi-Fi network or hotspot. But your phone will not send or receive data on networks such as 3G, 4G, or LTE." However, I suspect that would basically kill the T-Mobile International benefit and would be a better idea for those on other plans/services. To minimize data use: Go to phone Settings - go to Accounts & sync - click to turn off Auto-Sync.
